Abstract
본 발명은 펌프의 무동력 자동 진공 기동방법에 관한 것으로, 펌프의 흡입수두(h)를 얻을 수 있게 구성된 진공설비에서 펌프 케이싱의 상단과 진공흡입관으로 연결된 기동용 진공탱크에 기동용수(起動用水)를 충만시키는 진공준비단계와, 상기 기동용 진공탱크의 하단에서 기동용수를 배출시킴으로써 발생되는 기동용 진공탱크 내의 진공흡입력에 의하여 펌프 케이싱 내의 공기를 흡입하여 펌프의 흡입구를 통하여 양수할 물을 끌어올려 펌프를 만수시키는 기동단계로 구성된다. 진공준비단계에서는 기동용 진공탱크의 상단에 설치된 배기밸브를 열고, 기동단계에서는 배기밸브를 닫는다. 기동단계에서는 기동용수 배출관의 하단이 대기에 노출되지 않게 하여 기동용 진공탱크내의 진공이 파괴되지 않도록 한다. 본 발명에서는 진공펌프를 사용하지 않고 기동용 진공탱크에 충반된 기동용수를 배출함으로써 기동용 진공탱크내에 발생되는 진공흡입력을 이용하여 펌프 케이싱 내에 물을 만수시키는 것이므로 동력을 사용하지 않고서도 펌프를 신속하고 원활하게 기동할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a non-powered automatic vacuum starting method of a pump, the starting water is supplied to the starting vacuum tank connected to the upper end of the pump casing and the vacuum suction pipe in the vacuum facility configured to obtain the suction head (h) of the pump.
