전기신호에 의해서 제어될 수 있는 전자비례 제어밸브나 서어보밸브(f,g), ON-OFF 솔레노이드밸브, 전기 조이스틱(a)과 이를 제어할 수 있도록 컨트톨러(d)가 장착되어 있는 건설중장비에 있어서, 상부 선회체의 회전 각도를 감지하기 위하여 선회중심이 되는 터닝조인트(1) 부근의 상부 베이스플레이트(t) 원형홀(s)에 기어링(p)을 장착하고 이 기어링 가장자리에 하부고정체의 터닝조인트 마운팅브라켓(g)에 설치되고 기어링의 톱니와 맞물려 돌 수 있도록 피니언(x)을 설치하며 이 피니언에 엔코더(w) 등과 같은 회전센서를 부착하여 그 피니언의 회전수로 회전각을 연산, 검출해 낼 수 있는 건설중장비 상부 선회체의 회전각 검출장치와, 또한 피니언(x)을 달지않고 기어링(p)의 톱니부에 근접센서(v)를 설치하여 회전각도의 크기에 비례한 만큼 펄스수를 받아들여서 회전각을 시계 또는 반시계 방향으로 연산 제어 할 수 있도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 건설중장비의 상부 선회체 회전각도 검출제어방법과 장치.Electro-proportional control valves or servo valves (f, g), ON-OFF solenoid valves, electric joysticks (a) that can be controlled by electrical signals, and heavy construction equipment equipped with a controller (d) to control them In the upper base plate (t) round hole (s) near the turning joint (1), which is the pivot center, for detecting the rotational angle of the upper turning body, and the lower fixing body at this gearing edge.
