Abstract

본 발명은 지방산을 폴리알킬렌아민과 축합반응시킨 생성물, 그리고 수소화 지방산과 아미노에틸에탄올아민의 축합생성물을 함유하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 조성물은 섬유에 양호한 가공성(대전방지효과), 그리고 처리된 섬유로부터 제조딘 부직포직물 제품에 점착성 라벨의 양호한 부착성을 제공한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 섬유용 마무리 조성물로서, (A) 지방산을 폴리알킬렌아민과 축합시키고 나서, 이것을 클로로히드린과 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 축합생성물과 함께 4원화시킨 생성물, 그리고 (B)수소화된 지방산을 아미노알킬알칸올아민과 축합시키고 나서 폴리옥시에틸화 지방알코올을 첨가시킨 생성물, 이 두가지가 혼합 상태이거나 서로 분리된 상테로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 중량비율이 35/65 내지 60/40인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 섬유상의 마무리 조성물의 최종농도가 0.3 내지 0.6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)이 스테아르산과 테트라에틸펜타민의 축합 생성물이고, 이 축합반응이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 비스-클로로히드린 에테르의 존재하에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 비스-클로로히드린 에테르가 전체에 대하여 0.5 내지 5중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 수소화 수지에서 유도된 지방산과 아미노 에틸에탄올아민을 축합시키고, 글리콜산, 및 산화에틸렌과 축합시킨 수지에서 얻어진 지방산에서 유도된 알코올로 중화시켜서 제조된 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유용 마무리 조성물.
  7. 섬유의 마무리 처리방법에 있어서, 지방산을 폴리옥시알킬렌아민과, 축합시키고 이것을 클로로히드린과 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 축합생성물과 축합시킨 생성물(A)의 수조에서 섬유를 처리하여, 섬유상에 0.005 내지 0.5중량%의 활성 잔류물을 남기고, 그 다음에는 상기 생성물(A), 그리고 수소화 지방산과 아미노알킬알칸올아민을 축합시키고 이것을 폴리옥시에틸화 지방알코올로 중화시킨 생성물(B)를 30/70 내지 60/40의 중량비율로 혼합시킨 수성 혼합물로 상기의 섬유를 처리하여 섬유상의 활성잔류물을 0.1 내지 0.8중량%만큼 잔류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 섬유의 마무리 처리방법.
