Abstract

본 발명은 절단강도가 9.5g/d 이상, 건열수축율 7.0%이하에 고강력 나이론 6 섬유로서 타이어코드지의 소모량을 종래의 것보다 5%이상 절감시킬수 있으며 원사구조가 다음과 같이 된 것이다.
다음 평균복굴절율 : 0.056이상, 비정배향함수(fa) : 0.45이상, 결정배향함수(fc) : 0.90이상, 결정화도 : 40.0wt%이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 나이론 6 미연신사의 평균복굴절율이 0.02이하인 것으로서 다음의 물성을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 고강도 나이론 6 섬유.
    다음 강동≥10.0gd, 절단신도≥열수축율≤7.0%(150℃오븐에서 30분간 열0리), △n(평균복굴절율)≥0.056, fa(비정영역에 있어서 배향함수)≥0.45, fc(결정영역에 있어서의 배향함수)≥0.90, Xc(결정화도)≥40.0wt%
