Abstract
화질보상회로는 고해상도 기록재생장치에서 영상신호의 전달매체로 사용되는 TCI시스템에 있어서 TCI디코드시 라인간의 색신호의 차값이 크므로 인하여 수직에지부분에서 색상이 흐려지는 것을 보상하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 인가되는 채널신호에 분리된 색신호의 전후라인을 감산한 값과 소정의 기준값을 비교하기 위한 비교수단;전후라인의 평균값을 연산하여 출력하기 위한 평균값 연산수단;과 평균값 연산수단과 색신호의 전라인의 신호를 비교기의 출력신호에 의하여 제어되어 TCI디코드된 값으로 선택적으로 출력하기 위한 선택수단을 포함하도록 구성된다. 따라서 복원된 영상신호의 수직에지부분을 선명하게 재생시킬 수 있다.The image quality compensation circuit is used to compensate for color fading in the vertical edge part in the TCI system used as a transmission medium of a video signal in a high resolution recording and reproducing apparatus due to a large difference in color signals between lines during TCI decoding.
