본 고안은 대형 텔래비젼 수상기(TV)콘트롤부의 프리앰프(PRE-AMP)고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 프리앰프를 고정하는 브라켓트를 메인기판을 고정하는 프레임에 일체로 형성시켜, 프리앰프 고정작업을 손쉽고 간편하게 할수 있으면서 구조가 간단하여 제조원가도 절감시킬 수 있도록한 TV의 콘트롤부 프리앰프 고정장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pre-amp fixing device for a large television receiver (TV) control unit, and in particular, a bracket for fixing the preamplifier is formed integrally with a frame for fixing the main board, and thus the preamplifier fixing operation is performed. 일반적으로 음향기기나 가전제품의 콘트롤 메인 기판에는 신호잡음비(SN비)를 좋게하고, 미소한 입력을 증폭하여주는 별도의 프리앰프가 고정설치되는데, 종래에는 프리앰프를 고정시키기 위해서 별도의 고정용 브라켓트를 제작하여 메인 기판상에 볼트로 체결고정시킨 다음 그 상부에 프리앰프를 고정 취부시키게 되므로 구조가 복잡하고, 부품수가 많아 조립공정작입이 복잡하여 작업능률과 생산성을 저하시킬뿐 아니라, 부품수의 과대와 별도의 볼트등을 이용하기 때문에 제조원가도 상승되었으며, 볼트 체결고정시 과대하게 체결하게 되면 브라켓트의 나선부가 파손되어 프리앰프의 고정상태도 견고하지 못하고 제품을 불량으로 만들어 비경계적이었던 것이다.In general, a separate preamplifier is installed on the control main board of an acoustic device or a home appliance to improve the signal noise ratio (SN ratio) and to amplify a minute input.
