Abstract
본 발명은 인혈장이나 콘(cohn) 분획Ⅳ로 부터 고순도의 안티트롬빈-Ⅲ를 고 수율로 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 인혈장 또는 콘 분획 Ⅳ의 용출액에 에탄올 농도를 10~25% 되게 하고, PH를 6.5~8.0으로 조절하여 헤파린 흡착겔을 통하여 정제함을 특징으로 한다.
이와같이 제조된 안티트롬빈-Ⅲ는 비활성도가 10, 회수율은 약 50%로 고순도 고수율을 나타낸다.

Claims (2)
- 인혈장 또는 큰 분획 Ⅳ의 용출액에 에탄올 농도를 10-25% 되게 하고 pH 6.5-8.0으로 조절하여 헤파린 흡착겔을 통하여 정제함을 특징으로 하는 안티트롬빈-Ⅲ의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 헤파린 흡착겔이 헤파린 세파로즈겔, 헤파린 아가로즈겔 헤파린 세파덱스겔, 헤파린 셀롤로즈겔, 헤파린 울트로겔, 헤파린 트리아실겔인 안티트롬빈-Ⅲ의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
