본 발명은 폐플라스틱을 메트릭스로 하여 골재를 결합하는 페플라스틱 콘크리트 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 폐자원을 이용하여 각종 건자제를 생산하여 시멘트콘크리트의 대체품으로 플라스틱이 갖고있는 고유의 성질을 이용함으로서 재질이 우수하고 저렴한 비용과 대량생산이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명은 매트릭스로서 폐합성수지 10중량% 내지 40중량%를 분쇄하여, 110℃ 내지 140℃로 가열하고 이를 약 140℃ 내지 약 170℃로 예비가열한 60중량% 내지 90중량%의 골재에다 용융혼련시킨 다음, 압출성형 혹은 캘린더 롤 시키는 것으로 이루어진 폐플라스틱 콘크리트복합재료의 제조방법인 것이다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a plastic concrete that aggregates aggregates using waste plastics as a matrix, and by using various waste materials to produce various construction materials, the material is used by using the inherent properties of plastics as a substitute for cement concrete.
