본 고안은 인삼재배집의 차광덮개에 관한것으로 덮개의 전폭 190㎝중 인삼을 심은 밭두둑 덮개부(150㎝)를 내외 4겹으로 제직형성하되, 상면 2겹을 흑색필름사로 하고, 내면 2겹을 청색 필름사로 제직형성하여 인삼재배에 안전한 누수방지와 덮개의 차광효율을 높이고 또 밭골 덮개부(40㎝)는 흑색 필름사를 겹으로 제직형성하여 통풍이 원활하고 또 밭골덮개부로 들어온 빛이 밭두둑 내면의 청색 필름사에 의하여 빛이 반사케 되어저서 밭두둑에 심은 인삼에 광합성 작용을 촉진시켜 줄수 있게 하여 인삼재배에 유효하고 또 필요시 밭골 덮개부는 제껴 열어 놓을수도 있도록 함을 특징으로 한 고안이다.The present invention relates to the shading cover of the ginseng cultivation, and weaving and forming the ginseng-planted cover of the ginseng (150㎝) in the outer width of 190cm in four layers, with two layers of black film yarns on the top and two layers of blue film on the inner surface. 종래 인삼재배집의 차광덮개는 흑색필름사를 소재로 하고 합성수지 모노사를 사용하여 2겹, 또는 3겹 그이상으로 덮개의 전폭을 엮어 제직형성하여 사용하였으나, 이는 2겹의 덮개를 사용했을때는 덮개제직이 성글기 때문에 통풍이 잘되고 빛이잘들어오는 이점은 있으나 차광이 불안전하며 누수가 있는 결함이 있고 또 3겹 그이상 여러겹의 덮개를 사용했을때는 덮개제직이 두꺼워 누수방지와 차광은 잘되나 통풍이 잘 안되어 인삼의 잎만 웃자라는 결함등이 있었으므로 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 결함을 해소하기 위하여 구조 개량한 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventionally, the shading cover of ginseng cultivation was made of black film yarn and synthetic resin mono yarn was used to weave the entire width of the cover in two layers or three layers or more. 이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 덮개(1)는 제7도에 도시된 바와같이 밭골덮개부(2)는 받침대(8)의 상부인 밭골(7)위치에 있고 또 밭두둑 덮개부(2)는 받침대(8)의 하부인 밭두둑(6) 위치에 있도록 인삼재배집을 덮어 사용하게 되는데 본 고안의 덮개(1)는 인삼(12) 재배지인 밭두둑(6)위치는 상면(2a)2겹은 흑색필름사로, 내면(2b)2겹은 청색 필름사로 형성하여 4겹의 덮개로 형성되어 있고 또 밭골(7)위치는 흑색필름사로 성글은 2겹으로 제직형성한 구조이므로 덮개(1)의 밭두둑 덮개부(2)는 차광 및 빛의 흡수가 좋고 또 누수방지의 효과가 있으며, 밭골덮개부(3)에서는 통풍이 잘될 뿐더러 밭두둑 덮개부(2)의 내면(2b)2겹의 청색필름사로 인하여 성글게 엮은 밭골돌덮개부(3)에서 들어온 빛을 인삼(12)을 향해 반사시키므로 광합성 작용을 촉진하여 인삼의 웃자람을 방지하고 인삼뿌리의 성장을 좋게 하는 효과가 있다. 또한 성글게 엮은 밭돌덮개부(3)에서의 통풍이 좋아 덮개(1)가 바람에 벗겨지는 폐단도 없으며 또 밭두둑 덮개부(2)와 밭돌덮개부(3)사이의 연결부(4)는 그 간격이 조밀하게 엮어져 있으므로 이 부분에서 꺽어 밭돌덮개부(3)를 제7도의 점선부와 가이 뒤로 제껴서 덮개를 일부 열어 놓을 수 있어서 필요에 따라 차량 덮개를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 유효한 고안이다.The cover 1 of the present invention, which is constructed as described above, has a furrow cover part 2 as shown in FIG. 7 at the furrow 7 position, which is the upper part of the pedestal 8, and the fertilizer cover part 2 is a pedestal.
