제2도는 하나의 피부 색상 카테고리와 호환성이 있는 색상들을 포함하는 직물소재 견본 집합체의 사시도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 화장품 또는 의류제품과 같은 비피부제품을 각 개인에게 맞추는 색상 호환성 결정 방법에 있어서, 광 스펙트럼의 청색 및 황색 구간내에 포함되는 피부색상에 전적으로 기초하여 색상호환성 카테고리를 설정하고, 상기한 비피부제품파 상기환 카테고리 내의 피부 색상들과의 호환성을 결정하고, 기기를 사용하여 상기한 광 스펙트럼의 청색 및 황색구간으로 부터 각 개인의 피부색상 성분을 측정하여, 각 개인을 상기한 바와 같이 측정한 피부색상 성분에 전적으로 기초하여 이루어진 미리 설정된 카테고리에 지정하는 단계들을 포함하는 색상 결정방법.
  2. 하기(a)∼(c)단계로 이루어지는, 피부색상 호환성 분류에 비피부제품을 지정하는 방법. (a)광 스펙트럼의 청색 및 황색구간내의 측정가능한 피부 색상성분에 전적으로 기초하여 복수개의 색상 분류 카테고리를 마련하는 단계; (b)비 피부제품의 적어도 하나의 색상과 상기한 분류 카테고리중의 어느 하나의 호환성을 일치시키는 단계; (c)복수개의 색상 분류중의 어느 하나를, 상기한 바와 같이 일치된 호환성에 기초하여 비 피부제품에 지정하는 단계.
  3. 제10항에 있어서, 동일한 색상 분류내로 지정된 복수개의 색상들을 색상 챠아트에 제공하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제10항에 있어서, 동일한 색상 분류를 갖는 비피부제품의 복수개의 견본들을 하나의 집합체 내로 수집하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제3항의 방법에 의해 만들어진 챠아트.
  6. 제2항의 방법에 의해 만들어진 집합체.
  7. 하기 단계(a)와(b)로 이루어지는, 피부 색상과 호환성을 갖는 비피부제품의 색상들의 색상 챠아트의 제작방법. (a)광 스펙트럼의 청색 및 황색구간 내의, 측정가능한 피부색상 성분에 전적으로 기초한 피부색상 분류 카테고리들과 호환성을 갖는 비피부제품의 색상분류를 결정하는 단계; (b)하나의 피부 색상 분류 카테고리를 갖는 개인들에게 적합한 색상 선택의 지표로서 적어도 그 분류에 속하는 색상들의 색상 챠아트를 형성하도록, 유사한 분류로 분류된 색상들의 대표적인 것들을 한데모으는 단계.
  8. (a)머리 염색제, 메이크업 화장품 또는 의류 제품등과 같은 비피부페품의 대표적인 색상들로서, (b)상기 한 대표적인 색상들은, 광 스펙트럼의 청색 및 황색구간 내의, 측정가능한 피부 색상 성분에 전적으로 기초한 피부 색상 분류 카테고리와 호환성을 갖는 한 분류의 색상들을 한데모아 놓은 것임을 특징으로 하는 색상 차아트.
