Abstract
본 발명은 인큐베이터(50), 및 처리 스테이션들 사이에서 액체 포함 큐벳(C)을 각각 보지 및 이동시키는 2개의 독립적으로 구동되는 인큐베이터링(52,54;52A,54A)를 사용하는 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 적어도 하나의 시약 첨가 스테이션은 2개의 링들 각각에 인접하게 영구적으로 배치된다. 그 결과 모든 시약 첨가 스테이션들을 사용함으로써 단지 하나의 링을 사용할 때보다 처리성이 향상되는 장점을 지닌다.

제1도는 본 발명의 인큐베이터를 합체한 분석기의 개략적 평면도, 제2도는 인큐베이터 자체 및 그 인큐베이터에 연관된 처리 스테이션의 개략도, 제3도는 덮개가 제거된 제2도의 인큐베이터의 평면도.
Claims (1)
- 분석물을 검출하기 위한 분석기의 인큐베이터로서 고정 가이드 트랙; 한정된 위치들에 보지된 반응 큐벳들을 상기 인큐베이터의 처리 스테이션 사이에서 운반하기 위해 상기 트랙상에 배치된 복수개의 지지링으로서, 상기 위치들은 상기 링들내에서 상기 반을 큐벳을 수용 및 보지하는 크기로된 개구부들을 포함하는 지지링; 상기 스테이션들 사이에서 각각의 상기 지지링들을 독립적으로 회전시키는 수단; 이송위치에서 상기 큐벳을 하나의 지지링으로부터 다른 지지링까지 이동시키거나 인큐베이터내의 적절한 스테이지에서 상기 링들을 벗겨내며, 상기 링들 중 적어도 하나의 링에서 각각의 상기 큐벳 보지 개구부로부터 상기 링상의 하역위치(dump position)까지 연장되는 통로 노치(notch)를 포함하는 이동수단으로써 상기 노치와 상기 고정 가이드 트랙은 큐벳이 상기 하역 위치에 하역되도록 구성되는 이동 수단; 샘플의 첨가, 제1액체 시약 첨가, 제2액체 시약 첨가, 큐벳 세척, 임의의 제3액체 시약 첨가, 시약 큐벳으로부터 방출된 광의 검출기능을 위한 분리적 수단들을 제공하기 위해 상기 링들에 인접한 처리 스테이션들로써 적어도 상기 제1액체 반응 첨가 스테이션은 상기 링들 중 적어도 하나의 링에 인접하게 영구적으로 배치되며, 적어도 상기 제2액체 시약 첨가 스테이션은 상기 링들 중 적어도 다른 링에 인접하게 영구적으로 배치되는 처리 스테이션; 및 상기 양(兩)링들 모두에 인접 배치된 온도 조절 수단;을 포함하므로써 배양 기능들이 하나 이상의 지지링상으로 분리 및 분포되어 시간당 검출된※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
