Abstract

본 발명은 3급 아미드류 용매 또는 케톤류 용매에 3급 아민과 p-또는 m-아미노페놀을 넣어 균일한 용액을 제조한 후, 여기에 p-및/또는 m-니트로벤조일 클로리드를 가하여 반응시키거나, 반응활성화제로서 triaryl 또는 trialkyl phosphine, 할로겐화 수소 및 3급아민을 첨가한 유기용매중에서 p-또는 m-아미노페놀과 p-및/또는 m-니트로벤조산을 반응시켜 제조한 방향족 디니트로 화합물을 유기용매중에서 수소와 환원촉매를 이용하여 가압반응을 통하여 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 방향족 폴리아미드-에스테르 중합체 제조시의 출발원료로서 이용될 수 있는 신규 방향족 디아민 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)
    (= meta, para이나, 단, 모두 para인 경우는 제외)으로 표시되는 방향족(아미드-에스테르)디니트로 화합물.
  2. 3급 아미드류 용매 또는 케톤류 용매에 3급 아민과 p-또는 m-아미노페놀을 넣어 균일한 용액을 제조한 후, 여기에 p-및/또는 m-니트로벤조일 클로리드를 가하여 반응시켜 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 구조식으로 표시되는 방향족 디니트로화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 반응활성화제로 traiaryl 또는 trialkyl phosphine, 할로겐화 탄화수소 및 3급아민을 첨가한 유기용매중에서 p-또는 m-아미노페놀과 p-및/또는 m-니트로벤조산을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 방향족 디니트로화합물의 제조방법.
  4. 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)
    (= meta, para이나, 단, 모두 para인 경우는 제외)으로 표시되는 방향족(아미드-에스테르)디니트로 화합물.
  5. 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 방향족 디니트로 화합물로부터 유기 용매중에서 수소와 환원촉매를 이용하여 가압반응을 통해 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제4항의 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 방향족(아미드-에스테르) 디아민화합물의 제조방법.
