Abstract

본 발명은 각종 상품의 포장박스 자동제조장치에 있어서, 인쇄 공정을 거친 박스소재 판재를 자동으로 접어서 박스 통체를 형성하는 크립핑(Clipping)장치로 이송시키기 전에 상부에 위치된 인쇄면을 하부 위치로 뒤집어 주기 위한 작업(이하 전환장치라한다)을 연속 공정으로 연계 시키기 위한 소재박스판재의 자동 전환장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 박스 소재판 인쇄장치(B)와 박스 크립핑장치(C)사이에 박스 전환장치(A)를 개재시킴에 있어서 다수의 철심봉(3)을 일정한 유격공간(W)을 두고 횡열 상태로서 방사 방향으로 로울러(2)에 착설하되 로울러(2)의 양측에는 상기 유격공간(W)에 일치되는 복수조의 도입측 콤베어(11)와 배출측 콤베어(12)를 설치하고 로울러(2)는 일련의 연동기어(4)(5)(6)와 제너바 기어군(7)에 의해 단속회전이 가능하게 구성하여 송급되는 소재판을 180도로 위치 전환할 수 있게 한데 그 요지가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 박스 소재판 인쇄장치(B)와 박스 크립핑장치(C) 사이에 박스 전환장치(A)를 개재시킴에 있어서, 다수의 철심봉(3)을 일정한 유격공간(W)을 두고 횡열 상태로서 방사방향으로 로울러(2)에 착설하되 로울러(2)의 양측에는 상기 유격공간(W)에 일치되는 복수조의 도입측 콤베어(11)와 배출측 콤베어(12)를 설치하고 로울러(2)는 일련의 연동기어(4)(5)(6)와 제네바 기어군(7)에 의해 단속회전이 가능하게 구성하여 송급되는 소재판을 -180도로 위치 전환할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 포장박스 자동 제조기의 박스 판재 전환장치.
