Abstract
본 발명은 레진펠트와 골판지로 결합된 자동차등의 내장용 경량 천정판재의 성형방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for forming a lightweight ceiling board material for interior use such as automobiles combined with resin felt and corrugated cardboard.
종래에도 여러가지 종류의 자동차용 천정판재의 제조 방법이 공지된 바 있으나 이가운데 있어 판재의 경량화를 위하여 제안된 바 있는 특허 공고82-331호는 골판지를 구성하고 있는 양쪽의 라이너지와 중심지(심판)를 열가소성수지등의 접착제로 접착시키되 이의 한쪽 라이너지와 중심지(심판)을 임시 고정시키는 방법을 택하므로써 이의 박리 강도를 약하게 함을 특징으로 하고 있으나 이는 제품의 표면에 주름 발생과 굴곡 강도의 부족에 따른 꺾임 현상이 생기고 이를 장기 사용하면 수분이 흡수되어 처짐 현상이 생겼던 것이다.Conventionally, there have been known methods for manufacturing various types of ceiling boards for automobiles, but in the meantime, Patent Publication Nos. 82-331, which have been proposed to reduce the weight of plates, are both liner papers and centers (referred pieces) of corrugated boards.
