Abstract

본 발명은 광학디스크 장치에서 데이타를 읽어들이는 광학픽업렌즈에 관한것으로서, 특히 광학픽업 렌즈에 먼지등과 같은 이물질을 제거하기 위한 청소용 캐디에 관한것이다. 현대 사용되어지고 있는 광학 디스크 장치의 광학픽업렌즈 청소장치는 광학디스크 장치의 데크 내부에 광학픽업렌즈를 청소할 수 있는 수단을 설치하여 캐디 이젝트에 의한 작동으로 광학픽업렌즈를 청소할 수 있도록 하므로서, 광학픽업렌즈에서 제거된 먼지등과 같은 이물질이 기기내부에 남게되고 청소장치에 남게됨으로써 효과적인 청소가 이루어지지 못하는 문제점이 있었다. 이를 해소하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 별도로 기능을 갖는 청소용 캐디를 사용하여 광학디스크의 광학픽업렌즈를 청소할 수 있도록 함으로써 광학 픽업렌즈에서 제거된 먼지등과 같은 이물질이 기기내부에서 깨끗하게 청소되어질수 있도록 함과 동시에 먼지털이용 솔에 붙은 먼지도 깨끗하게 털어 내어 항시 청결한 청소상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한 청소용 캐디이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 광학디스크 장치의 광학픽업렌즈 청소용 캐디(1)는 내부에 스핀들(11)의 구동으로 회전축(13)을 중심으로 회동되도록 하여 상부로 기어(3)를 구비한 송풍기(2)가 설치되며, 상기 기어(3)에는 먼지를 제거할 수 있도록 먼지 털이용 솔(4)을 구비한 회전축(5)의 일단에 형성된 기어(6)가 치합되어지며 상기 먼지털이용도(4)에 의해 제거된 먼지를 털 수 있도록 상기 솔(4)이 터치 되도록된 먼지털이턱(10)을 형성하며 상기 먼지털이턱(10)에 의해 털어진 먼지는 먼지를 운반시킬 수 있도록 형성된 송풍로(7)에 의해 배출구(9)쪽에 설치된 먼지필터(8)에 집진되도록 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 광학픽업렌즈 청소용 캐디.The optical pick-up lens cleaning caddy 1 of the optical disc apparatus is provided with a blower 2 having a gear 3 thereon to be rotated about the rotation shaft 13 by the drive of the spindle 11 therein.
