Abstract

본 발명은 종래의 TFT-LCD에 있어서의 TFT어레이 공정이 진행되는 도중에 정전기가 발생하게 되어 게이트-소오스/드레인간의 절연막중에 취약한 부분이 파괴되어 최종 LCD화면상에 결함으로 나타나게 되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 전화면의 온/오프 테스트를 가능하게 하는 동시에 워드라인과 비트라인사이의 정전기를 TFT가 아닌 다른 정전기 방전소자를 통해 방전시켜 정전기로 인한 TFT의 손실을 방지한 것이다.The present invention is to solve the problem that the static electricity is generated during the TFT array process in the conventional TFT-LCD, the vulnerable portion of the insulating film between the gate-source / drain is destroyed and appears as a defect on the final LCD screen.
