Abstract
본 발명은 R-C 발진회로로 세탁조내의 수위변화에 따른 압력변화를 측정할수 있도록 PCB의 고정전극판과 변형전극판 간인이 콘덴서의 용량변화에 의해 발진주파수의 변화로 출력시켜 정확히 세탁물의 수위상태를 측정할 수 있는, 세탁조의 외부튜브에 설치되는 하우징(2)내에 순차적으로 고정전극판이고 제어회로의 부품과 원형동판의 고정전극이 앞뒤로 형성되는 PCB(8), 탄성체이고 스프링과 가변전극으로서의 기능을 갖는 변형전극판(7), 상기 PCB(8)의 상단을 상기 하우징(2)에 견고히 지지하고 상기 변형전극판(7)의 하단을 지지해 주는 스톱퍼(3)및, 세탁조의 수위에 의한 압력이 가해진 힘으로 변환되어 상기 변형전극판(7)에 변형을 유발시키는 다이어프램(5)과 푸셔(4)등이 설치되고, 이 하우징(2)내에 설치된 PCB(8)의 외부단자가 홈(9)을 통해 인출되는 한편 멤브레인(11)을 매개로 구멍(10)이 형성된 윗덮개(1)가 하우징(2)에 결합되면서 세탁조의 튜브가 끼워질 아랫덮개(6)가 결합된 압력센서장치.The present invention accurately measures the water level by washing the output between the fixed electrode plate and the deformation electrode plate of the PCB as a change in the oscillation frequency by the change of the capacitor capacity so that the pressure change according to the water level change in the washing tank by the RC oscillation circuit.
