Abstract

열가소성 물질 표면에 차단층을 형성시키기 위해, 불소를 함유하는 처리 기체에 표면을 노출시킨다. 차단층은 극성 또는 비극성 물질의 혼합물(예 : 메탄올을 함유하는 연료)에 대해 효과적이다. 차단효과를 개선시키기 위해, 냉각시킨 처리 기체를 표면에서 작용하도록 방치시키는데, 이때 표면의 노출 개시온도는 60℃ 내지 250℃(140°F 내지 482°F)로 유지된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 지지 주형에 취입시킨 다음 얼마 동안 불소를 함유하는 처리 기체에 노출시킴으로써 열가소성 물질로 제조된 중공 성형품의 내부 표면에 극성 및 비극성 물질의 혼합물용 차단층을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 표면의 노출 개시온도가 60℃내지 250℃(140°F 내지 482°F)이며, 불소화 도중에 방출된 반응열은 처리 기체를 냉각시킴으로써 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불소를 함유하는 처리 기체가 0℃ 내지 -196℃(32°F 내지 -320.8°F)에서 중공 성형품에 적용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 처리 기체가 이를 성형품에 먼저 도입시킨 저온 질소와 혼합시킴으로써 냉각되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 불소를 함유하는 처리 기체가 0℃내지 -196℃ (32°F 내지 -320.8°F)에서 중공 성형품에 적용되는 방법.
