Abstract

본 발명은 합성섬유 멀티필라멘트의 고압의 공기를 분사시켜 교락을 부여하는 교락장치에 관한 것으로, 합성섬유 필라멘트를 교락하는 고압공기인입구멍, 멀티필라멘트 통과 구멍, 압축공기 방출 슬리트로 이루어진 통상의 교락장치에 있어서 고압공기인입구멍의 지름과 길이의 비(L/D)가 6~30이며, 그 형태가 나사곡선모양임을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유 필라멘트의 교락장치.
이때 나사곡선의 모양이 다음식을 만족함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 합성섬유 필라멘트를 교락하는 고압공기인입구명, 멀티필라멘트 통과구멍, 압축공기 방출 슬리트로 이루어진 통상의 교락장치에 있어서, 고압공기인입구멍의 지름과 길이의 비(L/D)가 6~30이며 그 형태가 나사곡선모양임을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유 필라멘트의 교락장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 나사곡선의 모양이 다음 식을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 합성섬유 필라멘트의 고락장치.
