Abstract
슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속에 속하고, 생리적 특성이 버기스 매뉴얼(Bergy's manual of sytematic Bacteriology, 1984)에 기재된 슈도모나스 세파시아(Pseudomonas cepacia)와 동일하나 D-타르타르산(D-tartarate)을 분해하고, 락토스(Lactose), 말토스(Maltose)을 이용할 수 있다는 특성에서 슈도모나스 세파시아(Pseudomonas cepacia)와 상이함을 특징으로 하는 미생물 슈도모나스 에스 피 AF-6008(Pseudomonas sp. AF-6008 기탁번호 KFCC 10759)을 배양한 배양액을 알루미나가 충진된 컬럼, 앰버나이트 XAD-2수지 또는 다이아이온 HP-20 (Diaion HP-20) 수지를 차례로 통과시켜 항진균 활성성분을 갖는 유효물질을 정제함을 특징으로 하는 항진균 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

- 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속에 속하고, 생리적 특성이 버기스 매뉴얼(Bergy's manual of sytematic Bacteriology, 1984)에 개재된 슈도모나스 세파시아(Pseudomonas cepacia)와 동일하나 D-타르타르산(D-tartarate)을 분해하고, 락토스(Lactose), 말토스(Maltose)을 이용할 수 있다는 특성에서 슈도모나스 세파시아(Pseudomonas cepacia)와 상이함을 특징으로 하는 미생물 슈도모나스 에스 피 AF-6008(Pseudomonas sp.
