Abstract

망막과 초자체의 수술, 백내장 수술 및 녹내장 수술 등에 있어서의 눈속 수술후의 전방내(前房內) 피브린 형성을 방지함을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 아르가트로반을 전방내에 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방내 피브린 형성을 방지하는 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 이 방법을 실시하기 위한 관류액제, 점안제 및 점적용제를 제공한다.

제1도는 조건 A의 레이저 조사에 의하여 피브린 형성된 전방내(前房內)를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.
제2도는 조건 B의 레이저 조사에 의하여 피브린 형성된 전방내를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.
제3도는 조건 A의 레이저 조사에 기인하는 전방내 피브린 형성이 아르가트로반에 의해 저해되어 있는 전방내를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.
제4도는 조건B의 레이저 조사에 기인하는 전방내 피브린 형성이 아르가트로반에 의해 저해되어 있는 전방내를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.
제5도는 자가(自家) 혈장의 전방내 투여에 의한 피브린 형성이 아르가트로반에 의해 저해되어 있는 전방내를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.
제6도는 자가 혈장의 전방내 투여에 의하여 피브린 형성된 전방내를 나타내는 생물의 형태를 표시하는 도면 대용 사진.

Claims (10)

  1. 아래의 식으로 나타내어지는 아르가트로바늘 필수 성분으로 하는 전방내 피브린 형성 저해제
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안관류액제인 저해제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 점안제인 저해제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 점적용제인 저해제.
  5. 아래의 식으로 나타내어지는 아르가트로반을 사용하여 전방내에서의 피브린 형성을 방지하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 아르카트로반을 전방내에 직접 투여하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 아르카트로반을 전방내에 투여를 관류액제를 사용하여서 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 아르카트로반을 전방내에 투여를 점안제에 의하여 하는 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 아르카트로반을 전방내에 투여를 정맥내 투여에 의하여 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 아르카트로반을 전방내에 투여를 점적용제에 의하여 하는 방법.
