Abstract
본 발명은 아파트, 상업용 건물 또는 일반주택 등 각종 건물의 축조시 콘크리트 몰타르를 위한 별도의 거푸집을 설치하지 않고 방수판넬과 함께 일체의 콘크리트 몰타르를 하무로서 견고하고 완벽한 방수상태의 지하 건물을 축조할 수 있는 공법에 관한 것으로, 특히, 본 발명의 지하바닥에 배설된 자갈과 철근 상의 건축 용적에 따른 설정라인에 T형 파일과 코너 또는 기둥부재가 되는 연결형강을 이중의 등간격으로 입설하되 이 사이로 철근 골재를 개재하여 비닐 코팅이 된 나무판 양면으로 함식이 부착된 3층 구조의 방수판넬을 이중벽이 형성되도록 각기 조립식으로 간단히 체결 고정함과 동시에 천정부 역시 T형 파일을 수평상태로 격간 배설하여 다수의 판넬을 재치, 연결 접속한 후 이의 상부와 이중 벽체를 형성하는 방수판넬 사이로 철근과 콘크리트 몰타르를 투입하는 축소공겁을 연속 반복하여 지하층의 건물 축조를 수행할 수 있으므로서 2중 벽체를 형성하는 방수판넬에 의해 별도의 방수작업이나 번잡한 거푸집 설치 등이 없이도 간편하게 지하층 건물을 완벽한 상태로 축조할 수 있는 공법에 관한 것이다.The present invention can build a solid and perfect waterproof underground building by installing any concrete mortar with a waterproof panel without installing a separate formwork for concrete mortar when constructing various buildings such as apartments, commercial buildings or general houses.
