Abstract

본 발명은 펄세이터를 회전시켜 세탁을 수행토록 세탁기에 기포 발생장치를 부설하여 기포의 표면장력과 수류를 동시에 이용하여 세탁하도록 한 세탁기에 관한 것으로 특히 압력 펌프를 사용하여 세탁조내로 물을 분산시켜 기포를 발생시켜 주어 세탁물에 세제가 함유된 물의 침투를 증대시켜 줌과 동시에 세탁물 상호간의 충돌 및 마찰의 가속화를 시켜 주어 단 시간내에 소량의 세제로도 양질의 세탁효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 기포 발생장치가 부설된 세탁기에 관한 것으로서, 세탁기에 부설되어 제어부(C)의 제어에 의해 작동되는 압력펌프(2)와, 이 압력펌프로 세탁조(3) 내의 세탁수가 공급되게 압력펌프(2)와, 세탁조(3) 사이를 연결하여 주는 공급수관(4) 및 압력펌프(2)에 의해 압송되는 세탁수가 세탁조(3) 내로 분사되게 압력펌프(2)와 세탁조(3) 사이를 연결하여 주는 분사수관(5)으로 구성되는 기포발생 장치를 부설하여 수류와 기포를 이용하여 세탁을 수행토록 함을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁기에 부설되어 제어부(C)의 제어에 의해 작동되는 압력펌프(2)와, 이 압력펌프로 세탁조(3) 내의 세탁수가 공급되게 압력펌프(2)와, 세탁조(3) 사이를 연결하여 주는 공급수관(4) 및 압력펌프(2)에 의해 압송되는 세탁수가 세탁조(3) 내로 분사되게 압력펌프(2)와 세탁조(3) 사이를 연결하여 주는 분사수관(5)으로 구성되는 기포 발생장치를 부설하여 수류와 기포를 이용하여 세탁을 수행토록 함을 특징으로 하는 기포 발생장치가 부설된 세탁기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제어부는 교류전원(AC)으로 동작되는 급수밸브 구동부(7')와 이 급수밸브 구동부의 스위치(S)를 통한 출력신호를 입력포트(Q1)로 인가받아 동작하는 마이콤(M)과, 상기 마이콤의 출력포트(Q2)(Q3)와 출력포트(Q4)를 통하여 각각 동작 제어되는 세탁모터 구동부(8')및 압력펌프 구동부(2')를 연결하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 기포 발생 장치가 부설된 세탁기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분사수관(5)에는 적정 간격으로 다수개의 분사지관(53)들을 부설하고, 이들 분사지관의 각 단부는 세탁기(3)에 연결시켜 분사지관(53)들을 통해서 압송되는 세탁수가 세탁조(3)내로 분사되게 함을 특징으로 하는 기포 발생 장치가 부설된 세탁기.
