Abstract

본 발명은 플라스틱 사출 금형용 합금에 관한 것으로, 화학조성이 주량%로 0.25내지0.60%의 탄소, 0.10 내지 0.50%의 규소, 0.30내지 1.50%의 망간, 2.0%이하의 크롬, 1.0%이하의 니켈, 0.8%이하의 몰리브덴, 0.10%이하의 바나듀므 0.005%의 칼슘, 0.005 내지 0.080%의 유황, 0.10% 이하의 납/비스무스, 0/005 내지 0.05%의 지르코늄/세륨, 0.001 내지 0.05%의 칼슘, 0.005 내지 0.04%의 란탄, 0.15%의 텔러리움/셀레니움, 0.02%의 알루미늄/티타늄 및, 그리고 0.01%의 산소/질소로 되어, 강 중에 함유된 불순무의 양을 감소시키고 개재물의 편상조직을 구상조직으로 바꾸어 줌으로써 기계가공성과 부식가공성 및 경면가공상이 향상되게 되어 있다.

  1. 중량%로 0.25 내지 0.60%의 탄소와, 0.10 내지 0.50%의 규소, 0.30 내지 1.50%의 망간, 2.0%이하의 크롬,1.0% 이하의 니켈, 0.8%이하의 물리브덴, 0.10%이하의 바나듐, 0.005 내지 0.080%의 유황, 0.10% 이하의 납/비스무스, 0.005 내지 0.05%의 지르코늄/세륨, 0.001 내지 0.05%의 칼슘, 0.005 내지 0.04%의 란탄, 0.15%의 텔러리움/셀레니움, 0.02%의 알루미늄/티타늄 및 0.01%의 산소/질소가 함유된 플라스틱 사출 금형용 합금.
