Abstract
본 발명은 가스보일러에 있어서, 연소실 내부에 다수개의 유수파이프를 배치하여서 주버너에 의해 발열되는 고열이 이 유수파이프내의 유수를 가열하고 이 가열된 유수가 주열교환기를 통과하여 열교환을 행하도록 함으로써 버너를 교환하지 않고도 열량을 조절할수있는 가스보일러의 열량가변장치에 관한것으로써 버너에 의한 발열량이 연소실로부터 외부로 방열되는것을 차단하기위한 단열재가 배치되어있고, 급수된 물이 온수열교환기에 의해 열교환되면 순환펌프의 펌프작용에 의해 주열교환기로 유입되어 열교환되도록한후 온수로 사용할수 있도록 하고, 필요에 따라 삼방밸브에 의해 배관내의 유수의 흐름을 절체하여 일정공간에 대한 난방작용을 수행하는 가스보일러에 있어서, 상기 주열교환기에 의한 열교환효율이 향상됨으로써 일정공간에 대한 난방효율을 향상시킴과 동시에 고온의 온수를 사용할수 있도록 주버너에 의해 가열되는 다수단 배열의 유수파이프가 연소실내에 지그재그 형상으로 배치되는것을 특징으로 한다.According to the present invention, in a gas boiler, a plurality of flow pipes are disposed in a combustion chamber so that the high heat generated by the main burner heats the flow water in the flow pipe, and the heated flow water passes through the main heat exchanger to perform heat exchange.
