Abstract

화강암과 같은 비교적 비중이 크며 3-8㎜정도의 모래에 생밤이나 은행을 같은 부피로 섞어서 50-150r.p.m의 속도로 교반하면서 120-150℃로 약 25-45분간 가열함으로서 속껍데기 및 겉껍데기의 조직을 파괴시켜 표피로부터 밤알을 쉽게 분리시켜줌을 제공코져 하는 것임.

  1. 비중이 큰 5-8mm 크기의 모래와 생밤을 함께 섞어서 50-150r.p.m의 속도로 교반하면서 120-150℃로 25-45분간 가열한 밤을 고무로울러 사이를 통과시켜서 파괴된 겉껍데기와 속꺼풀을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겉껍데기와 속꺼풀에 싸여진 견과물의 박피방법.
