본 발명은 양식 연어류(Salminid fish)의 육색(肉色)을 무공해 물질인 천연색소로서 인공적으로 착색하기 위한 양식어용 착색제의 새로운 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 착색제를 현재까지 알려진 인공 착색제와는 근본적으로 상이한 소재 즉 해산물의 일종인 우렁쉥이 껍질에 함류된 자연색소를 인공적으로 추출하여 이를 양식어의 착색제로 이용할 수 있도록 한데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing aquaculture fish colorants for artificially coloring meat color of aquaculture salmon (natural color) as a non-polluting substance, and the present invention is fundamentally different from artificial colorants known to date.
