Abstract
본발명은 히이터 용접부의 감김을 균일하고 단단하게 함으로써, 열적 기계적 충격을 받는 용접부의 용접성을 향상시키는데 적당한 히이터에 관한 것으로, 맨드릴선에 발열선을 감김하되 발열부는 단선 감김하고 용접부는 3중권 감김하는 것에 있어서 발열부 대 3중 감감하는 용접부의 피치내 감김비를 1:5 속도로 감김하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브라운관용 히이터의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a heater suitable for improving the weldability of a welded part subjected to thermal mechanical shock by making the winding of the welded part uniform and rigid, wherein the heating part is wound on the mandrel wire while the heating part is wound on the wire and the welding part is wound on the triple winding.
