Abstract
본 발명은 컴퓨터 제어에 있어서 특히 데이타(DATA)를 입,출력시켜 시스템 (SYSTEM)제어 및 데이타 관리가 가능한 아날로그(ANALOG)회로를 부가하기 위한 컴퓨터 제어에 의한 혼성회로 기판 측정회로에 관한 것으로 컴퓨터(15)의 각 단자 (D0-A9)를 양방향성 버퍼(13)와 디멀터플레서(2)를 경유하여 포트확장기(1)(1')에 인가하여 세팅 및 포트를 선택하고 상기 포트확장기(1')를 펄스발생기(8)에 연결시켜 오실레이터(7)에서 발생되는 구형파 펄스를 기준클럭을 이용해 데이타를 분할하여 카운터(9)(9')와 롬(10) 및 디지탈/아날로그 변환기(6) 그리고 저역 필터(11')를 통해 감쇄기(12)에 인가하여 사인파(SINE WAVE)를 감쇠시켜 50MV의 사인파를 출력시켜 발진부(3)와 증폭회로(4)를 통해 증폭하여 교류를 직류로 바꾸는 실효값 변환부(5)와 필터(11)를 거쳐 아날로그/디지탈 변환기(5')에 인가되어 이의 출력단에 출력된 직류(DC)값을 디지탈 신호로 포트 확장기(1)의 단자(PB)를 통해 컴퓨터 내부로 읽어들어가 측정하고자 하는 데이타의 관리가 용이하고 신뢰성 및 데이타의 측정이 가능한 효과를 가지는 유용한 발명인 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
