제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 제시된 시험편의 상소둔 열처리 곡선을 나타내는 그래프.
제2도 및 제3도는 내후성 강재 시험편의 응력부식균열 시험전, 후의 인장강도값을 나타내는 그래프.
제4도 및 제5도는 내후성 강재 시험편의 응력부식균열 시험전, 후의 연신율 값을 나타내는 그래프.
제6도는 내후성 강재 시험편에 대한 응력부식 시험후의 인장시험편의 파단면형태도.
Claims (1)
- 동일크기의 내후성 강재 시험편을 제작하는 단계 ; 응력-변형곡선의 원점에서 부터 최대응력점까지의 변형에 대한 20-80%의 변형범위내에서 굴곡시험하는 단계 ; 상기와 같이 굴곡시험한 굴곡 시험편 대하여 JIS Z 2371 또는 ASTM B 117-78에 의해 30일이상 염수분무시험을 행하는 단계 ; 및 상기와와 같은 염수분무시험을 한 굴곡시험편과 염수분무시험을 하지않은 굴곡시험편에 대하여 인장시험을 하고 인장강도 또는 연신율을 구하여 이들을 각각 비교하여 응력부식균열감수성을 측정하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내후성 강재의 응력부식균열감수성을 측정하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
