Abstract

Claims (11)
- 중성 내지 알칼리 조건하에 제지기의 웨트 앤드(wet end)에서 또는 그에 앞서 알칼리 금속 또는 암모늄염으로서 카복실 그룹 또는 카복실레이트 이온을 함유하는 수용성 음이온 중합체 및 중성 또는 알칼리-경화성 열경화성 습윤 지력증강용 수지를 셀룰로즈 종이 원료의 수성 현탁액에 가함을 포함하는 제지방법에 있어서, 거의 비-열경화성인 3급-아미노 폴리아미드-에피클로로히드린 수지를 또한 종이 원료에 가함을 특징으로 하는 제지방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중성 또는 알칼리-경화성 열경화성 습윤 지력증강용수지가폴리 아미노아미드-에피클로로히드린 수지, 폴리아민-에피클로로히드린 수지 및 아미노중합체-에피클로로히드린 수지로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그의 알칼리 금속 또는 암모눔 염으로서 카복실 그룹 또는 카복실레이트 이온을 함유하는 수용성 중합체가 카복시알킬화 다당류, 및 아크릴아미드의 음이온 중합체와 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 카복시 알킬화 다당류가 카복시메틸셀룰로즈, 카복시메틸 하이드록시에틸셀룰로즈, 카복시메틸하이드록시프로필셀룰로즈, 카복시메틸구아르, 카복시메틸화 로커스트 대두 검 및 카복시메틸전분, 및 그의 알칼리 금속 염 또는 암모늄 염으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 카복시알킬화 다당류가 카복시메틸셀룰로즈임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 거의 비-열경화성인 3급-아미노 폴리아미드-에피클로로히드린 수지가 수용액중의 폴리(3급 아미노아미드)와 에피클로로 히드린과의 반응 생성물(이 생성물은 웨트 앤드 첨가시 펄프중에 존재한다) 임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 3급-아미노 폴리아미드-에피클로로히드린 수지가, 동일한 용량에서 중성 또는 알칼리-경화성 열경화성 습윤 지력증강용 수지의 습윤 강도의 1/2미만을 제공하는 에피클로로히드린과 폴리(3급아미노아미드)의 반응 생성물임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(3급 아미노아미드)와 에피클로로히드린의 반응에서, 에피클로로히드린의 양이 중합체 전구체 형태의 3급 아민의 화학식 당량당 약 0.05 내지 약 0.35몰임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 원료의 pH가 상기 습윤 지력증강용 수지를 경화시킬 수 있는 범위내에 속함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 원료의 pH가 4.5 내지 10임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 원료의 pH가 6 내지 9임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
