Claims (6)

  1. 다음 일반식(II)의 폴리실라메틸레노실란을 1-30기압하, 350-600℃의 온도에서 열적재배열반응시키는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 폴리카보실란의 제조방법.
    상기 식중, 일반식(II)에 있어서 R2는 메틸기 또는 페닐기, R3는 메틸이거나 규소와 규소의 결합이고, x, y, z, n 및 m은 상수이며, a부분은 2, 4, 6-트리실라헵탄, b부분은 디메틸디클로로실란, c부분은 트리클로로실란을 탈염소화시켜서 얻은 것이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2, 4, 6-트리실라헵탄이 25몰%이상 포함된 폴리실라메틸레노실란을 원료로 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디메틸디클로로실란이 75몰%이하로 포함된 폴리실라메틸레노실란을 원료로 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 메틸 또는 페닐기가 포함된 트리클로로실란이 10몰%이하로 포함된 폴리실라메틸레노실란을 원료로 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실라메틸레노실란의 열적재배열반응을 1-20기압의 압력범위에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실라메틸레노실란의 열적재배열반응을 400-500℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 방법.
