Abstract
본 발명에서 MTBE를 분해시켜 이소부텐을 제조하는 촉매막반응기에 있어서, 스테인레스 스틸 몸체(14)위에 다공성 금속 지지체(3)와 이의 바깥쪽에 폴리페닐렌옥사이드 막(2)으로 감싸여진 원통형 튜브 측(5)과 폴리 페닐렌옥사이드 막(2)과 유리관으로 감싸여진 원통형 셀 측(6)에 촉매층(9)이 충전되며, 촉매막 반응기 하단(10)에 MTBE가 유입되어 촉매층(9)과 반응하여 순수 이소부텐과 미반응 MTBE를 배기구(13)로 수집되게 하며 튜브측(5)에 투과되어 발생된 메탄올은 오리피스(11)를 통하여 헬륨을 공급함으로써 연속적으로 메탄올을 투과구(12)로 이송하도록 구성된 중공형 촉매막 반응기가 제공된다.In the catalytic membrane reactor for producing isobutene by decomposing MTBE in the present invention, a cylindrical tube side wrapped with a porous metal support 3 on the stainless steel body 14 and a polyphenylene oxide membrane 2 on the outside thereof ( 5) and the polyphenylene oxide membrane 2 and the cylindrical cell side 6 surrounded by the glass tube is filled with the catalyst layer 9, MTBE is introduced into the catalyst membrane reactor bottom 10 to react with the catalyst layer 9 Pure isobutene and unreacted MTBE are collected in the exhaust port 13, and the methanol generated through the tube side 5 is continuously supplied to the methanol through the orifice 11 by supplying helium.
