Abstract

원수처리 및 지하수를 정화시키는 시스템에 공급하기전의 초기 원수를 일단 여과하고 탈수처리함으로써 장치의 수명 경제성을 향상시키며 추후 정화장치의 가동 기능을 수월하게한 폐수 및 지하수 등 원수정화를 위한 전처리 장치로 원수저장조(1)에서 기초원수를 역수압 휠타(2) 및 탈수기(3)을 경유 본 원수처리 장치로 보내는 시스템인데 역수압 휠타(2)의 구조는 투시경(4)이 있는 외통(5)의 중심에 모우터(6)에 회전되는 훨터 어셈블리(7)를 축설하고 그 상단에 원수유임관(7a)원수의 본처리장측 유출관(8)과 탈수기(3)측 유출관(8a) 및 역수압 유입관(9)를 배관하여 탈수기(3)의구조는 모우터에 의해 회전되는 원심분리기(11)의 구조로서 훨타(2)로 부터의 원수 유입관(12)이 배관되고 본 처리장측 유출관(13)을 배관하는데 내부 일단에 전동기구(14)로서 상하 승강하고 전동기구(15)로서 진퇴되는 스럿지 압착겸 절취 로울러(16)을 축설시키며 그 축의 중앙으로 콤프레셔의 압력을 받는 스럿지 배출구(17)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 페수 및 지하수등 원수정화를 위한 전처리장치

Claims (1)

  1. 원수저장조(1)에서 기초원수를 역수압 횔타(2) 및 탈수지(3)을 경유 본 원수처리 장치로 보내는 시스템인데 역수압 횔타(2)의 구조는 투시경(4)이 있는 외통(5)의 중심에 모우터(6)에 회전되는 휠터 어셈블리(7)을 축설하고 그 상단에 원수유임관(7a)원수의 본처리장측 유출관(8)과 탈수기(3)측 유출관(8a) 및 역수압 유입관(9)를 배관하여 탈수기(3)의구조는 모우터에 의해 회전되는 원심분리기(11)의 구조로서 훨타(2)로 부터의 원수 유입관(12)이 배관되고 본 처리장측 유출관(13)을 배관하는데 내부 일단에 전동기구(14)로서 상하 승강하고 전동기구(15)로서 진퇴되는 스럿지 압착겸 절취 로울러(16)을 축설시키며 그 축의 중앙으로 콤프레셔의 압력을 받는 스럿지 배출구(17)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 페수 및 지하수등 원수정화를 위한 전처리장치
