Abstract

본 발명은 사출성형기의 사출기 이송장치에 관한 것으로, 유압실린더 방식의 적용이 곤란한 대형사출성형기의 사출기 이송 및 노즐터치력이 양호하도록 기계적 구성으로 하여 유압의 지원이 없이 사출스트로크의 조정 및 연장등이 용이하여 사출용량의 증대를 이루기에 적당하도록 것으로, 선단에 노즐을 가지고 내부에 히터 및 스크류를 가지는 바렐(1)이 브라켓트 고정판(7)에 관통되어 상부로 호퍼(12)를 가지며, 이 브라켓트 고정판 후방에는 다이렉트 드라이브 조립체(18)의 중앙 선단으로의 로드가 스크류와 일체로 되고, 양측에는 피스톤로드(15)가 전방으로 돌출됨과 동시에 브라켓트 고정판(7)의 양측에는 동력전달수단으로 되는 사출실린더(2) 이송수단과 바렐 이송수단을 가지며, 일측 사출실린더(2) 선단 하부로는 가이드레일(7)에 안내되는 가이드 브라켓트(16')를 가지는 지지각(16)이 고정 설치되고, 다른 일측 사출실린더측에는 사출실린더 이송수단의 내장박스(4) 하부로의 가이드레일(19)에 볼트(19')로 위치고정된 구성이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 선단에 노즐을 가지고 내부에 히터 및 스크류를 가지는 바렐(1)이 브라켓트 고정판(7)에 관통되어 상부로 호퍼(12)를 가지며, 이 브라켓트 고정판 후방에는 다이렉트 드라이브 조립체(18)의 중앙 선단으로의 로드가 스크류와 일체로 되고, 양측에는 피스톤로드(15)가 전방으로 돌출됨과 동시에 브라켓트 고정판(7)의 양측에는 동력전달수단으로 되는 사출실린더(2) 이송수단과 바렐 이송수단을 가지며, 일측 사출실린더(2) 선단 하부로는 가이드레일(7)에 안내되는 가이드 브라켓트(16')를 가지는 지지각(16)이 고정설치되고, 다른 일측 사출실린더측에는 사출실린더 이송수단의 내장박스(4) 하부로의 가이드레일(19)에 볼트(19')로 위치고정됨과 동시에 브라켓트 고정판(7)의 일측전방으로는 선회전용 유압실린더(11)의 로드(11')가 고정설치됨을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출기 이송장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 동력전달수단은 전동기(6)에 의한 동력샤프트(6')의 양측단에 베벨기어박스(5)에 의해 수직하부에 내장박스(4)에 설치된 워엄기어박스(3)내의 워엄기어로 동력전달되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출기 이송장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 사출실린더 이송수단은 내장박스(4)가 브라켓트 고정판(7)에 고정되어 사출실린더(2)를 내삽하되 내경의 나사홈과 나합되고 워엄기어와 치합되는 피니언기어(13)가 키고정설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출기 이송장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 바렐이송수단은 양측 사출실린더(2) 사이와 바렐(1)에 고정부착되는 지지프레임(9)으로 연동이송되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출기 이송장치.
