고출력 레이져 반사경용 냉각기를 구성함에 있어서, 함체(10) 내부일측에는 배관이 돌려진 열교환기(1)가 팬모터(21)로 구동되는 냉각팬(2)을 내삽시킨 상태로 설치되고, 이 열교환기 상부의 관로(P1)상에 필터(3)를 구비하여 레이져 반사경(4)이 냉각수 유입구측으로 연결되며, 이 출구측을 통한 관로(P2)가 함체내부의 일측 상부에 설치된 물탱크(5)로 연결되고, 상기 열 교환기(1)의 하부측과 물탱크(5) 사이에는 펌프(6)로 연결됨과 동시 이 물탱크 내부에는 온도 감지센서(7)를 설치하여 팬모터(21)를 응동케 설치됨을 특징으로 한 고출력 레이져 반사경용 냉각기.In constructing a high-power laser reflector cooler, a heat exchanger 1 in which a pipe is turned is installed on one side of the enclosure 10 in a state in which a cooling fan 2 driven by a fan motor 21 is inserted.
