Abstract
본 발명은 습윤상태의 공기를 발생시켜 고온으로 유지하여 노즐을 통하여 섬유원단에 접촉등의 충격을 가하여 섬유원단의 제직상태에 변화를 주어 품질의 섬유원단으로 재처리하기 위한 섬유원단의 정련 및 수축방법과 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 작업의 연속성에 기인한 방법이 상압하(常壓下)에서 물과 기계적인 힘에 의하여 정련작업을 행하는 장치가 공지된바 있으나 이는 작업의 연속성 즉 상기한 공정에 있어 앤드리스 공정 및 봉침고정을 제거하여 생산능률을 향상시킨 것에는 장점이 있으나 상압하에서 이루어지기 때문에 섬유원단에 따라 필요한 만큼의 온도를 상승시킬 수 없는 단점 예컨데 100℃이상의 온도로 상승시키는 것이 불가능하여 그 이상의 온도에 의해 필요로 하는 섬유원단을 충분히 수축시켜 주지 못하는 단점이 있었다.The present invention generates the air in the wet state to maintain the high temperature to apply a shock, such as contact to the fiber fabric through the nozzle to change the weaving state of the fiber fabric to refine and shrink the fiber fabric for reprocessing into a fiber fabric of quality Related to the method and apparatus thereof, in the related art, a method due to the continuity of the work is known to perform a refining operation by water and a mechanical force under normal pressure.
