Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a double tenter setting apparatus according to the present invention.
The invention provides a double-layer tentering setting device, which consists of two groups of setting machines 10 which are arranged up and down and separated by a partition plate 100, wherein each group of setting machines 10 comprises: a box 101; an upper air outlet pipe group 207 and a lower air outlet pipe group 208 which are arranged in the box body 101 and are arranged up and down; the air supply pipe 30 is arranged in the box body 101 and is positioned below the lower air outlet pipe group 208, the end part of the air supply pipe 30 is connected with a connecting pipe 401, and a fan 402 is arranged in the connecting pipe 401; the upper portion of the connecting pipe 401 is connected with the fixing shell 201, the fixing shell 201 forms an upper connecting shell group 205 and a lower connecting shell group 206 which are arranged up and down, the upper connecting shell group 205 is connected with the upper air outlet pipe group 207, the lower connecting shell group 206 is connected with the lower air outlet pipe group 208, an upper air outlet hole 2041 is formed in a first target surface 203 of each upper air outlet pipe in the upper air outlet pipe group 207, a lower air outlet hole 2042 is formed in a first target surface 203 of each lower air outlet pipe in the lower air outlet pipe group 208, and the first target surfaces 203 are mutually opposite surfaces in the upper air outlet pipe and the lower air outlet pipe.
Wherein the stationary casing 201, the upper outlet pipe group 207, and the lower outlet pipe group 208 constitute the outlet cell 20. Upper outlet tube set 207 and lower outlet tube set 208 form two sets of outlet tube sets 202. The upper connecting shell group 205 of the fixed shell 201 is detachably connected with the upper outlet tube group 207, and the lower connecting shell group 206 of the fixed shell 201 is detachably connected with the lower outlet tube group 208. Specifically, the upper connection shell group 205 is connected to the upper outlet tube group 207 in a snap-fit manner, and the lower connection shell group 206 is connected to the lower outlet tube group 208 in a snap-fit manner. Of course, the upper connection shell set 205 and the upper air outlet tube set 207 can be detachably connected by other means (for example, a connection manner of a bolt assembly), and similarly, the lower connection shell set 206 and the lower air outlet tube set 208 can also be detachably connected by other means (for example, a connection manner of a bolt assembly), which is not illustrated here. It can be understood that, the detachable connection between the fixing shell 201 and the two outlet tube sets is realized by the detachable connection between the upper connection shell set 205 and the lower connection shell set 206 and the upper outlet tube set 207 and the lower outlet tube set 208, respectively, which can facilitate the detachment and installation of the outlet unit 20, so as to facilitate the detection or maintenance of the outlet unit 20 by maintenance personnel.
The box 101 is a frame formed by two longitudinal side walls 102, an upper cover 103, and a bottom plate 104, and a cavity 101' for accommodating the air outlet unit 20 and the air supply duct 30 is formed between the two longitudinal side walls 102, the upper cover 103, and the bottom plate 104.
Since the connecting pipe 401 is connected to the lower portion of the fixing case 201 to be connected to the blast pipe 30 through the connecting pipe 401 in the double-layered setting apparatus of the present embodiment, and the upper outlet pipe group 207 and the lower outlet pipe group 208 are connected to the upper connecting case group 205 and the lower connecting case group 206 of the fixing case 201, respectively. Therefore, when the fan 402 in the connection pipe 401 is operated, the gas in the blower pipe 30 flows to the two outlet pipe groups 202 through the connection pipe 401 and the stationary case 201 in this order, and is ejected from the surfaces (the first target surfaces 203) of the two outlet pipe groups 202 that are opposite to each other. So, when textile articles were located between two sets of gas outlet pipe groups, gas outlet hole spun was heated textile articles respectively in two sets of gas outlet pipe groups 202 of accessible to can realize carrying out the purpose of tentering design processing to textile articles high-efficiently, and it is better to textile articles's tentering design effect.
In the above embodiment, the fixing case 201 is internally formed with the first and second distribution chambers 200 and 200' for independently distributing gas to the upper and lower outlet tube groups 207 and 208. Wherein, a longitudinally arranged adjusting air valve 210 is provided inside the fixed case 201 to simultaneously or alternatively establish a hot air supply path between the first distribution chamber 200 and the connection pipe 401 and a hot air supply path between the second distribution chamber 200' and the connection pipe 401 by the adjusting air valve 210. A baffle 211 for partitioning the shield cavity of the fixed casing 201 to form a first distribution cavity 200 and a second distribution cavity 200 ' is disposed inside the fixed casing 201, a pivot shaft 210 ' formed by the adjusting damper 210 during rotation is attached to the baffle 211, and the adjusting damper 210 can touch an inner wall surface (i.e., inner wall surface 212 or inner wall surface 213) of the fixed casing 201 during rotation around the pivot shaft 210 '. Meanwhile, the inner wall surface 212 and the inner wall surface 213 jointly enclose a channel for the gas to flow along the direction a1 and enter the first distribution chamber 200 and the second distribution chamber 200', respectively.
Specifically, when the damper 210 is at the B1 position, the gas flows from the a1 direction into the first distribution chamber 200 and the second distribution chamber 200 'in the fixed casing 201, respectively, the gas flowing into the first distribution chamber 200 flows from the a2 direction into the upper outlet pipe group 207 connected to the fixed casing 201, and the gas flowing into the second distribution chamber 200' flows from the A3 direction into the lower outlet pipe group 208 connected to the fixed casing 201. When the adjustment damper 210 is at the B2 point (i.e. the adjustment damper 210 only touches the inner wall surface 212 of the fixed casing 201), the adjustment damper 210 blocks the hot air supply path between the first distribution chamber 200 and the connection pipe 401, i.e. only the hot air supply path between the second distribution chamber 200 'and the connection pipe 401 is in the gas flow state, and the gas directly enters the second distribution chamber 200' from the a1 direction and flows into the lower outlet pipe group 208 connected to the fixed casing 201 from the A3 direction. When the adjustment damper 210 is at the B3 point (i.e. the adjustment damper 210 only touches the inner wall surface 213 of the fixed casing 201), the adjustment damper 210 blocks the hot air supply path between the second distribution chamber 200' and the connection pipe 401, i.e. only the hot air supply path between the first distribution chamber 200 and the connection pipe 401 is in the gas flow state, and the gas directly enters the first distribution chamber 200 from the a1 direction and flows into the upper outlet pipe group 207 connected to the fixed casing 201 from the a2 direction.
It should be noted that adjusting the rotation angle of the damper 210 changes the flow rate of the gas entering the stationary casing 201 from the connection pipe 401. As shown in fig. 12, when the adjustment damper 210 swings between the inner wall surface 212 and the inner wall surface 213 of the fixed casing 201, as long as the adjustment damper 210 does not contact the inner wall surface (the inner wall surface 212 and the inner wall surface 213) of the fixed casing 201 during the swing, the larger the swing amplitude of the adjustment damper 210 to the inner wall surface 212 of the fixed casing 201, the smaller the gas flow rate entering the first distribution chamber 200 from the a1 direction is, and the larger the gas flow rate of the corresponding second distribution chamber 200' is; conversely, the larger the amplitude of the swing of the damper 210 toward the inner wall surface 213 of the fixed casing 201, the larger the gas flow rate entering the first distribution chamber 200 from the direction a1, and the smaller the gas flow rate of the corresponding second distribution chamber 200'. Thus, not only the opening of the blowing path between the upper outlet tube group 207 and/or the lower outlet tube group 208 and the stationary casing 210, but also the amount of gas ejected from the outlet holes 204 by the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208 can be controlled by adjusting the operation of the damper 210. Thus, the air outlet unit 20 of the embodiment is flexible to use, and can change the air supply amount according to the requirements of the textile products, so as to further improve the tentering setting efficiency and the tentering setting effect on the textile products, and adapt to the tentering setting process requirements of the textile products of different types.
As described with reference to fig. 2, fig. 6, fig. 9 and fig. 10, the air supply duct 30 of the double tenter setting apparatus of the present embodiment is transversely disposed between the two longitudinal side walls 102 constituting the cabinet 101, and the air supply duct 30 is composed of the combustion chamber 301 and the air chamber 302, and the air supply duct 30 is connected to the connection pipe 401 through the air chamber 302; the side wall of the box 101 is detachably provided with a burner 303, and a nozzle of the burner 303 extends into the through hole 306 of the combustion chamber 301 to extend into the combustion chamber 301. The combustion chamber 301 is provided with a ventilation hole 304 for sucking air laterally, and the ventilation hole 304 is covered with a filter screen 305.
Wherein, a connection end 3021 and a connection end 3022 are formed at one side of the air chamber 302 facing the connection tube 401, the connection tubes 401(401a, 401b) are independently arranged below the sub-stationary housing 2011 and the sub-stationary housing 2012, and the connection end 3021 and the connection end 3022 are respectively connected with the sub-stationary housing 2011 and the connection tube 401 independently arranged below the sub-stationary housing 2012. Thus, the hot air in the blast pipe 30 flows into the connecting pipe 401a and the connecting pipe 401b through the two branched connecting ends (the connecting end 3021 and the connecting end 3022) of the air chamber 302, respectively, so as to flow into the two upper outlet pipe subgroups and the two lower outlet pipe subgroups corresponding to the sub fixing shell 2011 and the sub fixing shell 2012 through the sub fixing shell 2011 connected with the connecting pipe 401a and the sub fixing shell 2012 connected with the connecting pipe 401b, so as to increase the drying area of the textile goods, accelerate the drying speed of the textile goods and improve the drying and shaping effects of the textile goods, thereby improving the tentering and shaping efficiency and the tentering and shaping effects of the textile goods. The two upper air outlet pipe sub-groups, the two lower air outlet pipe sub-groups and the sub-fixing shell are described in detail in the following embodiments.
In the above further embodiment, each of the upper outlet pipes in the upper outlet pipe group 207 and each of the lower outlet pipes in the lower outlet pipe group 208 have a profile that tapers from the connecting pipe 401 toward the blast pipe 30, and a plurality of the upper outlet pipes are arranged in parallel at intervals, and a plurality of the lower outlet pipes are arranged in parallel at intervals.
The upper outlet pipe group 207 is divided into two upper outlet pipe sub-groups (i.e., an upper outlet pipe sub-group 2071 and an upper outlet pipe sub-group 2072), and the lower outlet pipe group 208 is divided into two lower outlet pipe sub-groups (i.e., a lower outlet pipe sub-group 2081 and a lower outlet pipe sub-group 2082). The fixed shell 201 is divided into two independent sub-fixed shells (i.e. a sub-fixed shell 2011 and a sub-fixed shell 2012), the upper connecting shell group 205 of the fixed shell 201 is divided into an upper connecting shell subgroup 2051 and an upper connecting shell subgroup 2052, the upper connecting shell subgroup 2051 and the upper connecting shell subgroup 2052 are respectively an upper connecting shell of the sub-fixed shell 2011 and the sub-fixed shell 2012, the lower connecting shell group 206 of the fixed shell 201 is divided into a lower connecting shell subgroup 2061 and a lower connecting shell subgroup 2062, the lower connecting shell subgroup 2061 and the lower connecting shell subgroup 2062 are respectively a lower connecting shell of the sub-fixed shell 2011 and the sub-fixed shell 2012, the upper connecting shell subgroup 2051 and the upper connecting shell subgroup 2052 are respectively connected with an upper air outlet pipe subgroup 2071 and an upper air outlet pipe subgroup 2072, and the lower connecting shell subgroup 2061 and the lower connecting shell subgroup 2062 are respectively connected with a lower air outlet pipe subgroup 2081 and a lower air outlet pipe subgroup 2082. The sub-stationary housing 2011 and the sub-stationary housing 2012 are connected to a separate connection pipe 401 at their lower portions, and the connection pipe 401 at the lower portion of each sub-stationary housing is connected to the air supply pipe 30.
It should be noted that the fixing housing 201 can be further divided into three or more sub-fixing housings, the corresponding upper outlet pipe group 207 is divided into three or more upper outlet pipe subgroups, the corresponding lower outlet pipe group 208 is divided into three or more lower outlet pipe subgroups, and the three or more sub-fixing housings respectively form three or more hot air flow paths with the corresponding three or more upper outlet pipe subgroups and three or more lower outlet pipe subgroups. Of course, as a reasonable variation of the present embodiment, it is also possible to integrate the sub stationary casing 2011 and the sub stationary casing 2012 to form the stationary casing 201, and the stationary casing 201 and the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208 to form only one hot air flow path.
The terms "blowing air", "blowing gas", "hot gas" and the like in the present application refer to a hot gas flow formed by the combustion gas passing through the combustion chamber 301 in the blowing duct 30. It is understood that by increasing the air blowing area to the textile article between the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208, the tentering setting efficiency and the tentering setting effect to the textile article can be improved. Specifically, the air in the blast pipe 30 is blown to the upper air outlet pipe subgroup 2071, the upper air outlet pipe subgroup 2072, the lower air outlet pipe subgroup 2081 and the lower air outlet pipe subgroup 2082 by the action of the blower in the independent connecting pipe 401 located below the sub-fixing shell 2011 and the sub-fixing shell 2012, and the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 are equally divided into two independent air outlet pipe subgroups. Therefore, the air in the blast pipe 30 simultaneously flows to the upper air outlet duct subgroup 2071, the upper air outlet duct subgroup 2072, the lower air outlet duct subgroup 2081 and the lower air outlet duct subgroup 2082 by the action of the fan in the independent connecting pipe below the sub-fixing case, and is ejected through the air outlet holes of each upper air outlet duct in the upper air outlet duct subgroup 2071 and the upper air outlet duct subgroup 2072 and the air outlet holes of each lower air outlet duct in the lower air outlet duct subgroup 2081 and the lower air outlet duct subgroup 2082. Thus, the air supply area of the air outlet unit 20 to the textile article between the upper air outlet tube group 207 and the lower air outlet tube group 208 can be increased, so that the tentering setting efficiency and the tentering setting effect on the textile article can be improved.
As described with reference to fig. 6 and 13, the first target surface 203 of each upper outlet pipe in the upper outlet pipe group 207 is provided with an upper outlet hole 2041, the first target surface 203 of each lower outlet pipe in the lower outlet pipe group 208 is provided with a lower outlet hole 2042, and the first target surfaces 203 are mutually opposite surfaces of the upper outlet pipe and the lower outlet pipe; the second target surfaces 203 ' of the upper air outlet pipe and the lower air outlet pipe are both provided with bulges 209, the bulges 209 of the second target surfaces 203 ' of the upper air outlet pipe are arranged close to the upper air outlet hole 2041, and the bulges 209 of the second target surfaces 203 ' of the upper air outlet pipe are positioned on one side of the upper air outlet hole 2041 facing the air flow in the upper air outlet pipe; the protrusion 209 of the second target surface 203 'of the lower outlet duct is located close to the lower outlet aperture 2042, and the protrusion 209 of the second target surface 203' of the lower outlet duct is located on the side of the lower outlet aperture 2042 facing the air flow in the lower outlet duct. The second target surface 203' is the back surface of the first target surface 203, and the air flow is the air flow in the direction from the connecting pipe 401 to the air supply pipe in the upper air outlet pipe and the lower air outlet pipe.
It can be understood that, when the gas flows from the fixing shell 201 to the two sets of outlet pipe groups, the gas flows out from the outlet holes 204 arranged in the two sets of outlet pipe groups, and since the protrusion 209 is arranged on the side of the second target surface 203' facing the wind flow in the outlet pipe, the gas in the outlet pipe first passes through the protrusion 209 and then flows from the protrusion 209 to the outlet holes 204, so as to be sprayed to the outlet pipe opposite to the current outlet pipe through the outlet holes 204. Because the textile goods are arranged between the two groups of air outlet pipe groups, the textile goods can be heated by the hot gas sprayed from the air outlet holes in the upper air outlet pipe group and the lower air outlet pipe group. Through the technical scheme, not only the heating efficiency to textile goods has been improved, but also the buffer action has been played to the air current in the outlet duct through setting up bellying 209, can reduce the difference in temperature of the hot gas of being carried by blast pipe 30, especially can make upper air outlet pipe group 207 and lower air outlet pipe group 208 spout to textile goods hot-blast can follow all ventholes 204 uniformly and spout to textile goods with perpendicular or approximate vertically direction, make hot-blast stoving to textile goods more even, with the final drying and finalizing the design effect to textile goods that has improved.
It should be noted that the upper outlet hole 2041 and the lower outlet hole 2042 may have the same or similar shape, or may have different or dissimilar shapes. For example, the upper outlet holes 2041 may have one or more of a circular shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape, an elliptical shape, etc., and the lower outlet holes 2042 may have one or more of a circular shape, a rectangular shape, a polygonal shape, an elliptical shape, an irregular shape, etc. Moreover, the shape or size of the air outlet hole of the first target surface 203 of each upper air outlet pipe or lower air outlet pipe can be set according to specific practical working conditions, which is not described in detail herein. In addition, the shape of the longitudinal section of the convex part 209 can be semicircular, rectangular, polygonal or irregular, as long as the air flow in the air outlet pipe can be buffered so that the buffered air flow flows out from the air outlet hole, thereby achieving the effect of improving the shaping of textile goods.
In any of the above embodiments, as described with reference to fig. 3 and 14 to 17, the double-layer tenter setting apparatus further includes a tenter mechanism 6, and the tenter mechanism 6 includes: fixing brackets 60 respectively arranged at both sides of the lower outlet pipe group 208, both fixing brackets 60 being transversely arranged between the two lengthwise side walls 102 constituting the box body 101; and two amplitude modulation pieces 61 arranged between the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208, wherein the two amplitude modulation pieces 61 are transversely arranged on the two fixing brackets 60, and the two amplitude modulation pieces 61 are used for tentering the textile goods when approaching to each other.
In this way, the tentering mechanism 6 of the present embodiment achieves the tentering purpose of the textile article held between the two width-adjusting members 61 by the action of the two width-adjusting members 61 located between the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208 approaching to and departing from each other, and heats the textile article in cooperation with the hot air ejected from the air outlets of the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208, so as to achieve the purpose of continuously and efficiently tentering and setting the textile article.
In the above embodiment, the fixing bracket 60 is provided with the guide rails 6001 on both sides in the longitudinal direction; the upper surfaces of the two fixing brackets 60 are connected with amplitude-adjusting rods 62 along the length direction of the fixing brackets 60. The upper surface of the fixed bracket 60 is movably connected with two bearing seats 6202, and two ends of the amplitude-modulating rod 62 are respectively fixed at the two bearing seats 6202. Each amplitude transformer 62 is provided with two sections of threaded parts 6201 with preset lengths; each of the horns 62 (i.e., horn 62a, horn 62b) is sleeved with two movable seats 63, and the movable seat 63a and the movable seat 63b of one horn 62a are respectively opposite to the movable seat 63c and the movable seat 63d of the other horn 62b, so as to form two sets of movable seat groups which are opposite in position and parallel to each other, i.e., the movable seat 63a and the movable seat 63c form one movable seat group, and the movable seat 63b and the movable seat 63d form the other movable seat group. The upper surfaces of the movable seats 63 (the movable seat 63a, the movable seat 63b, the movable seat 63c, and the movable seat 63d) each form a groove 6301 for placing the amplitude modulators 61, the two amplitude modulators 61 are respectively horizontally disposed on two sets of oppositely disposed movable seat groups, and the two sets of oppositely disposed and parallel movable seat groups are configured to move toward or away from each other in the guide rail 6001 when the two amplitude modulators 62 rotate along the thread direction of the thread portions 6201. For example, the two threaded portions 6201 on the same horn 62 have opposite thread directions, and the two threaded portions 6201 on different horns 62 that are located opposite have the same thread direction. Or through the existing design of other similar functions, the two groups of moving seat groups with opposite positions can move close to or away from each other. A worm gear mechanism 64 is connected between the end parts of the two amplitude-modulating rods 62 positioned on the same side, and the worm gear mechanism 64 is used for controlling the two amplitude-modulating rods 62 to rotate.
Wherein, the width modulation element 61 is provided with two chain slots 6101 along the length direction thereof, a plurality of needle board seats 6102 arranged in parallel and at intervals are disposed on the top portion 6101a ' of the first side wall 6101a of the two longitudinal side walls forming the chain slots 6101, the end 6102a of each needle board seat 6102 extends to the top portion 6101b ' of the second side wall 6101b of the two longitudinal side walls forming the chain slots 6101, and the end 6102a of the needle board seat does not touch the top portion 6101b ' of the second side wall 6101b, the height of the first side wall 6101a is greater than the height of the second side wall 6101 b; the top 6101b 'of the second side wall 6101b has a protrusion 6103 extending along a direction away from the chain slot 6101, a pressing plate 6103' covering the top end 6102a of the needle holder 6102 is formed at the top end of the protrusion 6103, the pressing plate 6103 can be connected to the top end of the protrusion 6103 by a bolt assembly, which is not shown in fig. 15 or 16. The lengthwise extension direction of the pressing plate 6103' is the same direction as the moving direction of the textile article in the double tenter setting apparatus shown in this embodiment.
The needle plate base 6102 penetrates through a pin 6104a for forming the chain 6104, and the pin 6104a is vertically located in the chain slot 6101 and can move along the length direction of the chain slot 6101 to drive the needle plate base to move along the length direction of the chain slot 6101. An end 6102b of each needle board base 6102 opposite to the needle board base end 6102a is formed with an extension 6105, the extensions 6105 are spaced from each other, and the ends of the extensions 6105 are provided with needle boards 6106 for hooking textile articles. It should be noted that the chain 6104 is formed in a closed shape, and a revolving driving mechanism is disposed at an end of at least one end, the revolving mechanism is composed of a motor and a sprocket driven by the motor, the sprocket is horizontally and transversely disposed and engages with the inner side of the chain 6104, so as to realize the continuous and horizontal revolving movement of the chain 6104. Thus, when the chain 6104 drives the needle board base 6102 to move to the end 6107a and the end 6107b of the amplitude modulator 61, the chain 6104 is driven to rotate, so that the chain 6104 forms an annular moving track.
The movable base 63 is provided with a cavity 6300 for penetrating the amplitude transformer, a nut 6302 is provided in the cavity 6300, the nut 6302 and the movable base 63 are fixed by a positioning pin 6303, and the amplitude transformer 62 passes through the nut 6302 to locate the nut 6302 at the threaded portion 6201. The movable seat 63 is further provided with a roller 6304 transversely arranged below the nut 6302, and the roller 6304 is connected with two lengthwise side walls 6306 for forming a cavity 6300 of the movable seat 63 through a roller pin 6305; a bearing plate 6307 is closely attached to the lower portion of the nut 6302, the roller 6304 is located below the bearing plate 6307, and the rotating surface of the roller 6304 contacts with the upper surface of the fixing bracket 60, so as to realize the rolling of the roller 6304 on the fixing bracket 60.
It should be understood that the textile article 65 is fixed at the two rows of needle bars 6106 corresponding to the two chain slots 6101 close to each other in the two amplitude modulation members 61, the two amplitude modulation rods 62 (i.e. the amplitude modulation rod 62a and the amplitude modulation rod 62b) rotate under the control of the worm gear mechanism 64, the cooperation between the nuts 6302 of the moving seats 63 in the two sets of opposite moving seats and the threads of the threaded portion 6201 in the amplitude modulation rods 62 drives the two sets of opposite moving seats to move close to or away from each other, so as to drive the amplitude modulation member 61a to move in the P1 direction and the amplitude modulation member 61b to move in the P1 'direction (or drive the amplitude modulation member 61a to move in the P direction and the amplitude modulation member 61b to move in the P' direction), thereby achieving the purpose of tentering the textile article 65. Meanwhile, the textile articles 65 are fixed at the two rows of needle plates 6106 inside the amplitude modulation member 61, and since the chain 6104 moves in the chain slot 6101, the pin 6104a in the chain 6104 is fixedly connected with the needle plate base 6102, so that the chain 6104 drives the needle plate base 6102 to move, and the needle plate 6106 hooked with the textile articles 65 is driven to move by the extension 6105 of the needle plate base 6102, so that the longer textile articles 65 are gradually brought between the upper outlet tube group 207 and the lower outlet tube group 208 by the movement of the chain 6104. In this way, the hot air ejected from the air outlets of the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 respectively heats the textile article 65, so as to achieve the purpose of drying and shaping the textile article 65, and achieve the purpose of tentering the textile article 65 by the movement of the two amplitude modulation members 61 approaching to or departing from each other in the tentering mechanism 6.
The pressing plate 6103 is used to press the end 6102a of the needle deck 6102, so as to prevent the end 6102a of the needle deck 6102 (the extension 6105 of the needle deck 6102 and the needle plate 6106 at the end of the extension 6105 pull the end 6102a of the needle deck 6102 away from the chain slot 6101) to drive the chain 6104 away from the chain slot 6101, and the chain 6104 cannot normally move in the chain slot 6101 due to the unbalanced force applied to the end 6102a and the end 6102b of the needle deck 6102.
Further, the tenter mechanism 6 of the present embodiment is the tenter mechanism 6 of one double setting device, and when the multiple double setting devices are spliced together, the tenter mechanisms 6 of all the double setting devices are also spliced by the end portions connected to the movable base 63. Since the amplitude modulation piece 61 (amplitude modulation piece 61a and amplitude modulation piece 61b) is provided with two chain slots 6101, the chain 6104 moves in the chain slot 6101 in the annular direction, and drives the needle plate base 6103 and the needle plate 6106 to move in the annular and horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 14, the chains in the width-adjusting piece 61a move out in the direction of Q and move into the width-adjusting piece 61a in the direction of Q ', and the chains in the width-adjusting piece 61b move out in the direction of Q1 and move into the width-adjusting piece 61b in the direction of Q1', so that the non-tentered textile article can be continuously moved onto the two width-adjusting pieces 61 for tentering and drying, thereby improving the tentering setting efficiency and tentering setting effect on the textile article. It should be understood that, in this embodiment, in order to implement continuous drying, sizing and tentering treatment to the textile article, it is necessary to splice a plurality of double-layered tentering and sizing devices end to end in the longitudinal direction, and two chains disposed in all the double-layered tentering and sizing devices are parallel clamped to the long side of the textile article by the needle plate 6106 disposed in the chain segments located at the inner sides of each other, so as to implement horizontal movement of the textile article 65 hooked by the needle plate 6106 at the inner side of the amplitude modulation member 61 along the Q direction and the Q1 direction in fig. 14. The textile goods continuously penetrate through a conveying channel formed between the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 in the plurality of double-layer tentering and shaping devices in the horizontal moving process, so that the tentering efficiency and the drying and shaping efficiency of the textile goods are improved.
In any of the above embodiments, the double layer tenter setting apparatus further comprises: two dehumidifying air ducts 501 which are arranged up and down and are used for the setting machine 10 are communicated, a dehumidifying pipeline 502 is arranged at the top of the setting machine which is positioned at the upper layer, and the dehumidifying air ducts 501 are communicated with the dehumidifying pipeline 502. An air valve 503 is arranged in the dehumidifying air duct 501, and the closing degree in the dehumidifying air duct 501 is adjusted through the rotation of the air valve 503 so as to change the dehumidifying air quantity of the dehumidifying air duct 501. A dehumidifying fan (not shown in fig. 1 to 3, and fig. 19 to 21) is disposed in the dehumidifying air duct 501, and moisture in the setting machine 10 is extracted by the dehumidifying fan, and the extracted moisture is discharged into the dehumidifying duct 502, so that the moisture is discharged through the dehumidifying duct 502. Thus, when setting machine 10 in double-deck tentering setting device 11 tenters a textile article, moisture in setting machine 10 is extracted through dehumidifying air duct 501, and moisture is discharged through dehumidifying duct 502, so that tentering setting efficiency and tentering setting effect on a textile article can be improved. Wherein, the dehumidifying fan can be arranged on the top of the double tentering setting system composed of the multiple double tentering setting devices 11 and connected to the dehumidifying pipe 502.
It should be understood that the burner 303 performs combustion to generate heat, and the heat is transferred from the combustion chamber 301 through the air plenum 302 and the fixing shell 201 to the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 under the action of the fan 402, and the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 eject hot air to perform tentering setting on the textile goods. Then, the temperature in the box 101 of the setting machine is continuously increased, moisture is generated when the air in the box 101 meets, and the moisture enters the dehumidifying air duct 501 from the air inlet 5011 and the air inlet 5012 of the dehumidifying air duct 501 and is exhausted to the ambient air through the dehumidifying pipe 502. At this time, since the moisture carries high heat, when the moisture flows in the dehumidifying air duct 501, the heat carried by the moisture is transferred into the case 101, so that the temperature inside the case 101 is stabilized, and the use of energy can be reduced on the premise that the inside of the case 101 is maintained within a desired temperature range. And the temperature that rises gradually inside box 101 can be because the steel sheet (box 101 is made by the steel sheet material) has heat transfer performance and transmits to adjacent box 101 to preheat adjacent box 101, thereby overcome the great processing cost's that leads to textile article of tentering setting machine energy consumption among the prior art great problem, the double-deck tentering setting device of this embodiment had both practiced thrift the energy, can practice thrift 10% -40%, had practiced thrift the space again, had still improved the machining efficiency to textile article. Wherein, the temperature of the hot gas sprayed from the upper outlet pipe group 207 and the lower outlet pipe group 208 is generally within the range of 120 to 235 ℃. Specifically, for cotton textile goods, the temperature of the hot air ejected from the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 is generally within the range of 120-160 ℃; for chemical fiber textile goods, the temperature of the hot air ejected from the upper air outlet pipe group 207 and the lower air outlet pipe group 208 is generally within the range of 200-235 ℃.
As shown in fig. 18, the present invention also provides a double tentering setting system comprising; the fabric feeding device 12, the cold air device 13, the fabric swinging device 14, and the double tentering setting device 11 according to any one of the above embodiments, wherein the double tentering setting device 11 is disposed between the fabric feeding device 12 and the cold air device 13. A cloth discharge rack 15 can be arranged between the cold air unit 13 and the cloth swinging unit 14.
If there are at least two double tentering setting devices 11(11a, 11b, 11c …), the double tentering setting devices 11 are spliced in the width extension direction of the two longitudinal side walls of the cabinet (for example, the splicing surface 500' of the double tentering setting device 11c is spliced with the splicing surface 500 of the double tentering setting device 11b in fig. 20, and so on), and the double tentering setting devices 11 are connected to each other through the dehumidifying pipe 502 on the top of the upper setting machine 10.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 19, the blast duct 30 blows in the N1 direction (to the upper and lower outlet duct groups 207 and 208) in the double tenter setting device 11a, the blast duct 30 blows in the N2 direction (opposite to the N1 direction) in the double tenter setting device 11b, and the blast duct 30 blows in the N3 direction (opposite to the N2 direction and the same as the N2 direction) in the double tenter setting device 11 c. Therefore, the blowing direction of blower tube 30 in each double tentering setting device 11 is opposite to the blowing direction of blower tube 30 of setting machine 10 in the adjacent double tentering setting device 11, and the blowing direction of blower tube 30 in the spaced double tentering setting device is the same. Moreover, two dehumidifying pipelines 502 (a dehumidifying pipeline 502a and a dehumidifying pipeline 502d, a dehumidifying pipeline 502b and a dehumidifying pipeline 502e, a dehumidifying pipeline 502c and a dehumidifying pipeline 502f) arranged in parallel are provided at the top of the upper layer setting machine 10 in each double-layer tentering setting device 11, and the dehumidifying pipelines 502 at the same side of the top of the setting machine 10 in the adjacent double-layer tentering setting devices 11 are communicated (the dehumidifying pipelines 502a to 502c are communicated in sequence, and the dehumidifying pipelines 502d to 502f are communicated in sequence).
In this way, the textile article sequentially enters the double-layer tentering setting device 11(11a, 11b, 11c) in the M direction, can be tentered and set sequentially through the double-layer tentering setting device 11, and the moisture in the extracted setting machine 10 is discharged through the two dehumidifying pipelines 502 located at the top of the upper setting machine 10 in each double-layer tentering setting device 11, so as to improve the tentering and setting efficiency of the textile article.
In the embodiment of fig. 21, blower 30 in each double tentering setting apparatus 11 blows in the same direction (N1, N2, N3 are the same direction), so that blower 30 of setter 10 in each double tentering setting apparatus 11 blows in the same direction, and dehumidifying tunnel 502 in each double tentering setting apparatus 11 is located on the same side of the top of setter 10. So, when textile article got into double-deck tentering setting device 11 with the M direction, can loop through double-deck tentering setting device 11 and carry out the tentering design to not only can improve the tentering efficiency to textile article, moreover each double-deck tentering setting device 11 if set up one take out wet pipeline 502 can, consequently, double-deck tentering setting device compact structure, area are less, and can reduce manufacturing cost.
The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
