Abstract
단일고무층을 삼층으로 분리하여 내측 고무층에는 저 불포화성 고무를 사용하지 않고 천연고무를 다량 사용하며, 열노화 방지제를 1∼4PHR로 사용하고, 중간 고무층은 저 불포화성 고무 10∼60%와 산화 방지제1∼4PHR을 사용하고 외측 고무층은 85∼100%의 저 불포화성 고무를 사용하되 노방제는 사용치 않고, 삼층구조를 갖는 공기입 타이어의 사이드부가 되게 타이어를 제조한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 삼층구조를 갖는 공기입 타이어 예시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 또 다른 삼층구조를 갖는 공기입 타이어 예시도이다.
Claims (4)
- 타이어의 사이드부의 구조에 있어서, 그사이드부를 삼원화하여 내측 고무층에는 천연고무를 80∼100% 다량 적용하고 중간 고무층에는 저 불포화성 고무와 고 불포화성 고무를 각각 10∼60%로 균일하게 적용하고, 노방제는 다소 사용하며, 외측 고무층은 저 불포화 고무층 85∼100%를 사용하되 외측 고무층의 가황 시스템은 레진 가류나 설퍼(sulfur)가류를 실시하여 타이어를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 삼층구조를 갖는 공기입 타이어 사이드부의 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중간층과 내측 고무층에 공가류제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외측 고무층의 두께는 0.4∼1.2mm로 하고 그것의 하드니스는 55∼70로 하며, 중간 고무층의 두께는 0.8∼1.5mm로 하고 그것의 하드니스는 40∼57로 하며, 외측 고무층은 0.4∼1.2mm의 두께로 하고 그것의 하드니스는 25∼50으로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내측 고무층 표면에 3∼10개의 불규칙한 나선형 홈을 파는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
