Abstract
본 발명은 항암성이 우수하고 독성이 적은 항암제를 개발하는 합성법과 공정 및 항암성을 시험한 것으로써 더 구체적으로는 exo-3, 6-epoxy-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(ETA)의 단일 중합체인 Poly(exo-3, 6-epoxy-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride)[poly(ETA)]와 ETA와 여러 가지 비닐단량체의 농도를 10-80 몰%비로 혼합한 것에, 개시제 농도를 0. 1-20 무게%를 가하여 40-60℃에서 4-72 시간 동안 반응시켜 분자량이 3,000-90,000인 중합체와 ETA를 포함하고 있는 공중합체인 Poly(ETA-co-VP), Poly(ETA-co-AAm), Poly(ETA-co-MAH), Poly(ETA-co-AA), Poly(ETA-co-MA), Poly(ETA-co-VAc)의 합성과 이들 공중합체의 가수분해물질인 ETACOH-1, ETACOH-2, ETACOH--3, ETACOH-4, ETACOH-5 및 ETACOH-6의 제조 및 항암성에 관한 것으로써 이들 고분자들의 항암성이 우수한 것에 요지가 있다.

exo-3,6-epoxy-1,2,3,6-tetrahydrophthalic anhydride를 포함하는 고분자 항암제의 제조방법
ETA의 단일종합체의 합성과 여러 가지 비닐단량체들의 농도를 10-80 몰%비로 혼합하고 개시제를 0. 1-20 무게%로 가하여 40-60℃ 4-72시간 중합한 후 분자량이 3,000-900,000인 여러 가지 공중합체들을 제조하는 방법과 이들 공중합체와 가수분해물질의 in vitro 및 in vivo에서 항암성의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서 비닐단량체로는 vinyl pyrrolidone, vinyl acetate, acrylamide, maleic anhydride, methacrylic acid, acrylic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 2-chloovinyl ether, divinyl ether, allyl ether 등을 사용하는 ETA계 항암제의제조방법.
제1항에 있어서 용매는 메틸에틸케톤, 아세톤, 물의 단독용매 또는 혼합용매로 사용하고 개시제로서 아조비스이소부틸로니트릴(AIBN)과 벤조일퍼옥사이드(BPO)를 사용하여 분자량이 3,000-900,000인 ETA계 항암제의 제조방법.
