Abstract

본 발명은 해부될 중공 벽을 천공해 그 중공의 내측과 통할수 있게 하는 안전 투관침 기구에 관한 것으로 관형 캐뉼러와 뾰족한 천공 끝을 갖는 기다란 투관 침을 포함한다. 투관 침은 캐뉼러 내에서 왕복 이동하게 설치된다. 인입된 휴지위치에서 그 끝은 캐뉼러의 말단 부에 수용되 보호된다. 인입스프링은 투관 침을 그것의 인입위치로 바이어스 시킨다.

제1A도-1F도는 본 발명의 안전 투관침 기구의 바람직한 실시예를 여러 사용 단계에서 도시하는 일련의 사시도, 제2도는 휴지상태로 조립된 상태로 도시된 본 발명의 안전 투관침 기구의 종단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 해부할 중공벽을 뚫어 그 중공의 내측과 통할수 있게 하는 안전 투관침 기구로서, (a)관형 캐뉼러, (b)상기 캐뉼러 내부에서 끝이 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부에 의해 수용되 보호되는 인입된 끝이 휴지 위치와 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부 너머로 노출되는 돌출위로 사이로 축방향 왕복하도록 설치된, 뾰족한 천공끝을 갖는 기다란 투관침, (c) 상기 투관침을 그것의 인입위치로 바이어스시키는 수단, (d)상기 바이어스 수단에 상반하는 상기 투관침을 돌출 위치에 래치시키는 래치수단, (e)상기 래치수단을 트립시켜 상기 투관침을 분리시킴으로써 상기 투관침이 상기 바이어스 수단에 의해 그것의 인입된 휴지위치로 이동되게 허용되는 트립수단, (f)상기 투관침 끝에 의한 천공이 시작된 후 중공벽에 의해 가해지는 반발력을 감지하고 상기 투관침 끝이 중공벽을 천공했을 때 그 반발력의 완화를 감지하는 반발력 감지 부분을 갖고, 그러한 반발력 완화 감지에 응답해 상기 트립 수단이 상기 래치수단을 트립시킬 수 있도록 상기 트립 수단에 기계적으로 결합가능한 상기 기구에 설치된 기계적인 트리거 수단을 포함하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 수단은 상기 투관침이 공축으로 수용되는 관형 트리거 슬리브를 포함하고, 상기 감지 부분은 상기 투관의 맨끝과 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부 사이에 위치될수 있는 상기 트리거 슬리브의 말단부를 포함하는데, 상기 트리거 슬러브는 그것의 말단부가 상기 투관침의 맨끝과 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부 사이에 위치되는 돌출된 휴지위치와 트리거 슬리브 망단부가 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부를 향해 인입되는 인입위치 사이에서 왕복이동하게 상기 캐뉼러 내에 공축으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 슬리브는 인입위치로 이동될때는 상기 트립 수단에 결합하고 그후 돌출된 휴지위치로 되돌아 갈때는 상기 트리거 수단으로 하여금 상기 래치 수단을 트립시키도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 트리거 슬리브를 그것의 돌출된 휴지위치로 강제하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 안전 투관침 기구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트리거수단은, 상기 캐뉴러 내부 인입된 휴지위치, 완전히 돌출된 돌출위치, 및 상기 투관침 끝이 여전히 상기 캐뉼러의 말단부 밖으로 노출되어 있는 완전히 돌출된 위치에서 휴지위치를 향해 인입된 중간 위치 사이에서 축방향 왕복이동하게 설치되는 상기 기다란 투관침으로 구성되고, 상기 트립수단 상기 투관침이 완전히 돌출된 위치에서 중간 위치로 이동할때는 상기 투관침을 상기 래치수단에 결합시키고, 상기 투관침이 상기 완전히 돌출된 위치를 향해 돌아갈때는 상기 래치수단을 트립시켜 상기 투관침을 분리시킴으로써 상기 투관침이 상기 바이어스 수단에 의해 인입된 휴지위치로 이동되게 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 완전 투관침 기구.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투관침이 상기 래치수단에 의해 래치되면 상기 투관침의 중간 위치로부터 완전히 돌출된 위치를 향해 강제하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투관침은 그 투관침을 상기 래치 수단에 결합시키며 상기 투관침의 기부 단부 영역에 설치된 상. 하부를 플랜지와 그 상.하부 플랜지 사이에서 이동하게 상기 투관침에 설치된 정지판을 포함하는 로스트 모션 커플링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 투관침을 인입된 휴지위치에서 완전히 돌출된 위치로 수동으로 이동시키기 위한 플런저 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 플런저 수단은 상기 투관침이 인입된 휴지위치에 있으면 상기 천공끝으로부터 먼 상기 투관침의 일부를 잡고 상기 투관침이 완전히 돌출된 위치에 도달하면 상기 먼부분을 놓치는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 안전 투관침 기구.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투관침, 상기 바이어스 수단, 및 상기 트립 수단은 상기 캐뉼러에서 일 유닛으로 제거가능한 투관침 조립 부분을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 완전 투관침 기구.
