본 고안은 휴대용 면도기를 공지의 만년필 구조내에 내장하여 휴대가 편리하고 사용이 간편하게 된 것으로 선출원 실용신안 91-15966호의 개량 고안에 관한 것이다.
통상 면도기는 전기를 사용하는 기계식 방법과 면도날 유니트를 교체 사용하는 안전 면도기로 대별할 수 있는데 전기식은 비교적 고가인 동시에 무게나 부피에 부담이 있으며 수동식 안전 면도기는 저렴한 반면에 "T"자형으로 구성되어 있어 휴대하기에 다소 불편한 점이 있었다.
이런 문제 때문에 선출원에서는 만년필 형태에 면도날 유니트의 지지대를 절곡 되게 유착하므로서 휴대가 편리하고 어느 각도에서도 면도를 할 수 있도록 하였으나 면도날 유니트의 지지대를 고정링을 사용하여 고정하였었다.
따라서 조작에 다소 불편한 점이 있었는바, 본 고안에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여서 면도날 유니트의 지지대에 다수의 괘지홈을 형성하고 스프링으로 탄지 된 괘지볼에 탄지되게 하여서 면도날 유니트를 간단히 필요한 각도로 절곡시킬수 있게한 구성으로서 첨부 된 도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
공지의 만년필 형태의 구조에 있어 중간 조립체(1)의 홈(2) 내에는 하단에 다수의 괘지홈(3)이 형성된 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)가 축(5)으로 유착되고 중간 조립체(1) 내의 하부에는 스프링(6)으로 탄발 설치된 괘지볼(7)이 삽입되어서 상기 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)의 괘지홈(3)에 괘지 되도록 한 구성이다.
미 설명 부호 8은 캡, 9는 손잡이 몸체, 10은 스프링 고정 보울트, 11은 면도날 유니트이다.
이와같이 된 본 고안의 사용 효과를 설명하면, 제 1 도와 같은 상태에서 중간 조립체(1)에 캡(8)을 끼우면 만년필 형태가 되어서 휴대하기가 매우 편리하여 여행이나 야외용으로 적합하고 면도기를 사용할 경우에는 캡(8)을 열고 제 2 도와 같이 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)를 필요한 각도로 회전시키면 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)의 괘지홈(3)이 스프링(6)으로 탄발 설치된 괘지볼(7)에 탄지된 상태로 회전 이동되므로 필요한 각도에서 면도에 지장이 없을 정도로 고정 상태가 된다.
따라서 각도 변화를 자유로히 할수 있으며 사용자가 따라서 면도날 유니트(11)를 외측으로 이동시킨 상태로 사용 할수도 있다.
그리고 손잡이 몸체(9)는 중간 조립체(1)에서 간단히 분리 할수 있어 내부에 여분의 면도날 유니트(1)나 필기구 등을 수장할수가 있게 된 매우 편리한 고안이다.

  1. 공지의 만년필 형태의 구조에 있어, 중간 조립체(1)의 홈(2)내에는 하단에 다수의 괘지홈(3)이 형성된 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)가 축(5)으로 유착되고 중간 조립체(1)내의 하부에는 스프링(6)으로 탄발 설치된 괘지볼(7)이 삽입되어서 상기 면도날 유니트 지지대(4)의 괘지홈(3)에 괘지 되도록 한 휴대용 면도기.
