Abstract
본발명은 글리콜을 주성분으로 하고 유기화합물과 무기화합물 첨가제가 함유되어있는 수용액상태의 열전달매체 조성물에 있어서, 프로필렌글리콜을 주성분으로 하고, 유기화합물 및 무기화합물 첨가제로서 0.01∼2.5중량%의 인산염, 0.05∼0.9중량%의 몰리브데이트염, 0.05∼0.9중량%의 질산염, 0.1∼2.0중량%의 벤조산염, 0.01∼0.9중량%의 아조계화합물이 함유되어 있고, 스케일 저해제로서 다음구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 0.01∼0.9중량% 함유되어 있고 그 pH가 7.0∼9.5인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속에 대한 방식효과와 경수에 대한 스케일저해성 및 인체흡입안정성을 가져서 열교환기 및 그 배관의 성능과 작업환경을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있는 열전달 매체 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention is a heat transfer medium composition in the form of an aqueous solution containing glycol as a main component and an organic compound and an inorganic compound additive, the propylene glycol as a main component, 0.01 to 2.5% by weight of phosphate, 0.05 -0.9 wt% molybdate salt, 0.05-0.9 wt% nitrate, 0.1-2.0 wt% benzoate, 0.01-0.9 wt% azo compound, and as a scale inhibitor of the following structural formula (I) It contains 0.01 to 0.9% by weight of the compound and its pH is 7.0 to 9.5, and has anticorrosive effect on metal, scale inhibition on hard water and stability of human suction, and thus performance and working environment of heat exchanger and its pipe.
