적재함(1)에 고정봉(2)이 설치된 고정바(3)가 부착되고 서브후레임(4)에 베이스힌지(5) (5')가 부착되어 앞쪽베이스힌지(5)에는 후크(6)가 축설되고 뒤쪽베이스힌지(5')에는 중간에서 스라이딩 되게 결합된 로드(7)가 축설되며, 지지판(9)(9')에 스프링시트(10)(10')를 설치하여 그 사이에 임의로 선정된 강재 스프링(11)을 탄입 설치한 구조에 있어서, 후크(6)의 중앙부는 앞쪽베이스힌지(5)의 핀측에 설치하고 후반부는 지지판(9)의 돌출브래킷에 핀(8)로 설치하여 적재함(1)의 강제 상승시 후크(6)가 자체적으로 회전되어 고정봉(2)를 해체시키는 구조이다.A fixing bar (3) having a fixed rod (2) is attached to the storage box (1), and a base hinge (5) (5 ') is attached to the subframe (4) so that the hook (6) is attached to the front base hinge (5). 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 덤프트럭 및 적재함, 탈, 착 차량의 공차 주행시 적재함의 상하 흔들림을 방지하는데, 강재 스프링의 탄성력을 이용하여 적재함의 무게 및 고정장치의 장착위치에 따른 소요체결력에 따라 적정 스프링의 선정이 가능하여 탄성계수의 차이로 인한 고정장치의 기능 저하 등의 페단이 제거되고 유압실린더의 필요와 이의 연결배관 등이 없어 경제적이고 간단하게 적재함의 상, 하 흔들림을 방지할 수 있는 것인데 특히 후크가 자체 회전으로 로킹상태를 유지 및 해제하는 구조이여서 종래와 같은 롤러 스라이딩식의 마멸이 감소됨으로 사용수명이 길고 오동작이 없는 등의 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention thus prevents up and down shaking of the loading box during tolerance driving of dump trucks, loading boxes, and demountable vehicles, and appropriate springs according to the required tightening force according to the weight of the loading box and the mounting position of the fixing device by using the elastic force of the steel spring.
