Abstract

과열방지회로(26)을 사용해서 압축기(16)의 냉각을 행하면서, 압욱기(16)의 마모열화를 방지할 수 있는 냉동장치를 제공하는 것으로서 압축기(16)의 토출측(32)에 증발파이프(17)를 접속하고, 증발파이프(17)에는 응축기(28)에 삽입관통되는 응축파이프(18)을 접속하고, 응축파이프(18)과 압축기(16)의 흡입측(33)과의 사이에 냉각기(11)을 접속하고, 압축기(16)에 디슈우퍼 파이프 출구(30)및 디슈우퍼 파이프 귀환로(31)을 형성하고, 그 디슈우퍼파이프 출구(30)과 디슈우퍼파이프 귀환로(31)간에 응축기(28)에 삽입관통된 디슈우퍼파이프(25)로 이루어진 과열방지 회로(26)을 접속해서 압축기(16)으로부터 토출되는 고온 고압가스 냉매를 디슈우퍼파이프 출구(30)으로 부터 과열 방지회로(26)으로 공급하고, 과열 방지 회로(26)으로부터 귀환해서 압축기(16)내를 통과한 냉매를 증발파이프(17)에 공급하는 냉동장치 이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 냉매의 토출축(32)와 흡입측(33)과를 갖는 압축기(16)와 그 압축기(16)의 상기한 토출측(32)에 접속된 증발접시(41)용 증발파이프(17)과 그 증발파이프(17)의 출구측에 접속되고, 응축기(28)에 삽입관통된 응축파이프(18)과 그 응축파이프(18)의 출구측과 상기한 압축기(16)의 흡입축(33)과의 사이에 접속된 냉각기(11)과 그 압축기(16)에 형성한 디슈우퍼파이프 출구(30)및 디 슈우퍼파이프 귀환로(31)과 그 디슈우퍼파이프 출구(30)및 디슈우퍼파이프 귀환로(31)간에 접속되고, 상기한 응축기(28)에 삽입관통된 디슈우퍼파이프(25)로 이루어진 과열방지 회로(26)과를 구배해서 되고 상기한 압축기(16)으로 부터 토출되는 고온 고압가스 냉매를 상기한 디슈우퍼파이프 출구(30)로 부터 상기한 과열방지회로(26)에 공급하고, 그 과열 방지회로(26)으로 부터 귀환해서 상기한 압축기(16) 내를 통과한 냉매를 상기한 토출측(32)로 부터 상기한 증발파이프(17)에 토출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
