Abstract
압력 손실이 작아지고 소음이나 파손의 발생이 적은 밸브 구조를 갖는 피스톤 왕복 운동형 압축기를 제공하기위해, 실리너 블록(1)의 중심 축구멍(1a) 내부에 구동축(6)을 삽입 지지하고, 구멍(1b)을 작동하는 피스톤(15)을 구동축(6)과 함께 움직이는 사판(9)에 연계하고, 중심 축구멍(1a)과 연통하는 흡입실(17)을 갖는 하우징(4)을 실린더 블록(1)의 단부면을 폐쇄하는 형태로 설치하고, 각각의 구멍(1b)의 정상부와 흡입실(17)을 연통하는 연통로(21)를 설치해서 연통로(21)와 대응하여 개방되는 연통창(24a)을 갖는 수납통(24)을 연통로(21)의 내측에 배치하며, 흡입 행정에 있는 각 구멍(1b)의 연통로(21)와 흡입실(17)을 차례로 연통하는 흡입 통로(25)를 갖는 회전 밸브(22)를 수납통(24)내에 수납해서 구동축(6)에 일체 회전 가능하게 장착하며, 이 회전 밸브(22)의 동일 외주면상에 설치된 흡입 배출 통로(25, 27)사이에 연통로(21)를 냉매가스의 누설이 생기지 않도록 연통로(21)에 대해 흡입 통로(25)의 연통 시기를 구멍의 정상부에 잔류하는 냉매가스의 재팽창 기간 이후로 낮추도록 구성함으로써 안정된 밸브 기능의 발휘에 대해서 소음의 발생이나 밸브의 손상이 일거에 해소됨과 아울러 흡입 지면에 의한 압력 손실이 합리적으로 보상된다.In order to provide a piston reciprocating compressor having a valve structure having a low pressure loss and less noise or breakage, the drive shaft 6 is inserted and supported inside the central shaft hole 1a of the cylinder block 1, The cylinder block is provided with a housing 4 having a suction chamber 17 in communication with the swash plate 9 which moves the piston 15 for operating the hole 1b together with the drive shaft 6 and communicates with the central shaft hole 1a. The rotary valve 22 having the 25 is housed in the storage container 24 and mounted integrally with the drive shaft 6 so as to be rotatable integrally with the rotary valve 22. Refrigerant gas remaining at the top of the hole at the time of communication of the suction passage 25 with respect to the communication passage 21 in order to prevent leakage of the refrigerant gas between the suction passage passages 25 and 27 provided on the surface. By lowering after the re-expansion period, noise generation and valve damage are eliminated at once for stable valve function, and pressure loss due to the suction surface is reasonably compensated.
