Abstract
본 발명은 기존의 염기성 염료 가염형 폴리에스테르와 동링한 염색성 및 균염성을 갖으면서 강도가 높고 내알카리성이 우수한 개량된 폴리에스테르 섬유에 관한 것으로, 80몰%이상의 테레프탈산 또는 그의 에스테르형 유도체인 다카르복실성분과 80몰%이상의 에틸렌글리콜, 테트라메틸렌글리콜 또는 1.4-시크로헥산 디메탄올인 글리콜의 축중합으로 생성된 폴리에스테르에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 중합하기전에 시작되는 에틸렌글리콜 전체량에 대하여 디에틸렌글리콜을 1.0∼3.0몰% 첨가하고 중합완료전에 디카르복실산 전체량에 대하여 금속설폰산염 유도체를 1.0∼2.0몰% 첨가하고 이와 함께 분자량이 300∼5,000인 폴리알킬렌옥사이드 성분을 0.5∼3.0중량% 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 염색성이 개량된 폴리 에스테르섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것임.The present invention relates to an improved polyester fiber having high strength and alkali resistance, which has the same dyeing and leveling resistance as conventional basic dye salt-type polyester, and more than 80 mol% of terephthalic acid or ester derivative thereof For polyesters produced by condensation polymerization of a component with glycols of at least 80 mole% of ethylene glycol, tetramethylene glycol or 1.4-cyclohexane dimethanol, diethylene glycol is added to the total amount of ethylene glycol starting before polyester polymerization. 1.0-3.0 mol% is added, 1.0-2.0 mol% of metal sulfonate derivatives are added with respect to the total amount of dicarboxylic acid, and 0.5-3.0 weight% of polyalkylene oxide components with a molecular weight of 300-5,000 are added before completion of superposition | polymerization.
