Abstract

본 발명은 광분해성을 부여하는 케톤기를 함유하며, 생분해성이 우수한 지방족계 에스테르 결합을 높게 함유함과 동시에 분자량이 높아 충분한 강도를 갖는 신규의 폴리에스테르의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 지방족계 디카르본산 및 케톤계 디카르본산으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 디카르본산과, 지방족계 디올 및 케톤계 디올로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 디올과의 혼합물중에서 케톤계 성분이 0.01∼5몰%가 되게 한 것을 축중합하여 수평균분자량 4,000이상의 케톤기를 함유하는 폴리에스테르를 제조하고, 용융상태에서 디이소시아네이트를 첨가, 반응시켜 최종적으로 수평균분자량이 10,000이상되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케톤기를 함유한 우레탄 결합을 가지는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 생분해성 및 광분해성이 동시에 우수하며 실용상 충분한 강도를 갖는 필름, 섬유, 기타 성형품의 제조가 가능하며, 페플라스틱에 의한 환경공해를 획기적으로 해결할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a novel polyester containing a ketone group imparting photodegradability, containing a high aliphatic ester bond having excellent biodegradability, and having a high molecular weight and a sufficient strength.
