Abstract
본 발명은 단일 진공 장치내에서 용해 탈가스 및 주조를 연속적으로 행하여 산소, 질소를 원활히 제거하기 위한 무산소등의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 전기동을 도가니에서 유도 코일을 용해하고, 자기 교반함과 동시 상부가스 취입을 병행하여 용동중의 탈가스 및 환원 처리한 후 동일한 진공분위기에서 용동을 랜더에 흘러보내 주행에 주조항을 특징으로 하는 무산소동의 제조방법이다.The present invention relates to a process for producing anoxic, etc. for smoothly removing oxygen and nitrogen by continuously performing dissolution degassing and casting in a single vacuum apparatus.
