Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지조성물과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, PVC수지에 가소제와 안정제를 첨가하여 혼합하여 PVC수지 혼합물을 만들고, TPU수지에 가공조제와 활제 및 안정제를 첨가하여 혼합한 TPU수지 혼합물을 상기 PVC수지 혼합물에 소정비율로 배합함으로, PVC수지의 물성을 개선함은 물론 수지의 물성을 다양화함으로써 소정 제품에 해당되는 각 제조작업의 표준화로 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 되어있다.The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a method of manufacturing the same, adding a plasticizer and a stabilizer to the PVC resin, and mixing the mixture to make a PVC resin mixture, and adding a processing aid, a lubricant and a stabilizer to the TPU resin, and mixing the TPU resin mixture.
